The highlight of this place was the bar: unlimited (from a list ) drinks and friendly bartenders. Food was buffet style with limited selections. Rooms are small and need updating. There is a $2.00 per day for the in room safe.

If your children love nature, wildlife and an outside life, yes. It is NOT a place where children can be left to their own devices but exploring and learning with you. Great. I have a 15 month old and he would love it.
Remember it is in the jungle so beware there are dangerous things out there. Insects and poisonous frogs etc. Saying that this also applies to adults. Your children will learn so much about nature, much more than a book.
We stayed3 days and loved it.
