Great country hotel in a working coffee farm. Service staff is attentive and helpful, yet you better tip them if you want them to continue smiling at you. Accommodations were pretty decent for the remote location, yet a few things could be improved, like some sort of room service (there are not even phones in the rooms to communicate with...

first of all, the general area natural beauty is exceptional. Staying at the hotel, was a new adventure since it is a fully working "finca" or plantation. the owners are involved in everything in the premises and are eagerly ensuring the best time to all the guest. My family got to experienced the excitement of doing the zip-lines over the...

What an amazing experience! Not only was it beautiful but the owners were the friendliest and most accommodating hosts! We had a personal tour of the coffee and banana plantation along with a truly spectacular hands on experience in coffee making. We picked, cleaned, roasted and drank our beans right there! The zip lines were so exhilarating as they stretched...

Our stay at the hotel/finca Bosque del Saman casa El Eden was very relaxing and adventurous. The staff at casa el Eden provided excellent customer service. For our first day, I asked the hotel staff to arrange a typical Colombian meal with local music. We were surprisingly received with a musical band that played and sang traditional and dancing Colombian...

The place this hotel is located in, is amazing, the coffee fields, the houses, the rooms, all can be pretty incredible. However, they advertise all included, but its lacking in what they offer. With the price you get breakfast and dinner included. Breakfast was ok, its pretty hard to get breakfast wrong, but with dinner, oh boy... The first day...

Located in the nowhere (transport around in the area is by Jeep) this is a great coffee finca. With a pool, spacious rooms and some stuff do to (ziplining, coffee tour, etc.) the stay is very pleasant. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Two points letting the hotel down a bit: Firstly (and minor), the internet is unbearably slow. Secondly...

I am from Colombia but had not been there for a while so I didn't know much about the hotel, it turned out to be an amazing place, my daughter enjoyed the early milking just a few steps from our room, the interactive farm is right there at the hotel. The coffee process (artisanal) in which we were part of...

A very Colombian establishment which made it all the more interesting to stay. Very friendly and hospitable manager and staff, some of whom speak English. Rooms are standard with the usual small shower rooms. No international TV. But the grounds of the hotel are nice offering superb views towards the distant Western Andes. Swimming pool and jacuzzi. there is also...

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and did thier best to manage our lack of Spainish. Great location, wonderful grounds and views. We saw an amazing amount of wild life in perticular birds. However, the rooms had some problems.the bathroom was in need of a serious revamp. The toilet holders was held together with masking tape and only a...
