Like everything vibrant, the profession of hospitality is also evolving all the time. To keep pace with, and enhance our presence in the hospitality world, in June 2009 we joined Knights Inn Franchise. Our association was fruitful and we cherish the wonderful experience. Together we crossed numerous landmarks and were gracefully awarded in various forums. - Property of the Year, Best Overall Customer Satisfaction, and multiple Quality Assurance Awards -to name a few. Though fulfilling the experience with the franchise, it had its drawbacks as well. The profession of hospitality is very relationship oriented hence requires a more individualistic approach and flexibility than the inherent rigidity of a corporate structure will allow for. The guests we serve, the area we cater has its uniqueness and has to be appreciated in its unique way. Leela's Villa Inn is a leap in that Direction. Leela's Villa Inn, is for breaking away from monotony of franchise, embrace creativity, and giving wings to our imagination. Leela, my mother, was a source of inspiration for us and her blessings we seek at this moment. And we welcome you at Leela's Villa Inn to join us in our journey ahead. Leela's Villa Inn is located in Flesherton on Highway 10, about 10 minutes from the Beaver Valley. The area is known for its great cross-country and downhill skiing, canoeing, biking and fishing. Located near many natural attractions such as the Bruce Trail, Kolapore Uplands, Saugeen River, Eugenia Falls and the Beaver Valley, the town of Flesherton - a Proud Part of Grey Highlands also has several fine art and craft galleries and studios, and interesting historic architecture. Whether you are a boater, a golfer, a skier, or a mountain biker it is all right here just minutes from our door. Flesherton - Truly A Reason For Every Season

Check-in was smooth and the reception is in the restaurant. Because of COVID-19, the door is locked so you must ring the doorbell. The rooms are ok. The floors were not mopped or sweeped when we got the room, but when we requested the lady the next morning, she had done the job. There are flies, so make sure your doors are closed. The food we ordered from their restaurant was good. We especially loved their sweet chilli fries and the fish and chips.

Love the new rooms. Very clean and had everything you needed. We had someone that was scent sensitive and they did a great job of cleaning without scented products. They even cleaned all of our rooms with scent free products. Owner so friendly and helpful.

We stayed here in July and really liked the stay and it wasn’t busy so wifi was good. We came back in aug and it was busy and wifi was very spotty. It was annoying and now I probably wouldn’t come back. Plus there is not a lot to do in the area. The rooms are clean and comfy

Rooms were filthy! Bathrooms filthy!! Went to have a shower and there was dirty towels and face cloths in the bath tub?? No ice, no coffee machine. Fridge didn't work, light bulbs burnt out. Internet was very poor if you could even get on. The price was ridiculous!! Paid less at the Hampton in Brampton!

Our family had to go into town for a funeral. Comfortable beds, excellent food in the restaurant attached and great prices for both. Extremely friendly people running this place that went out of their way for us.

Rooms were incredible clean, and love the modern decor. One of the nicest rooms I've stayed in. Friendly staff, easy check in/out. My breakfast sandwich was served to my room, very nice touch. Showers have great water presser, bathroom very clean, and modern.

The rooms are beautiful and new. Very clean. Good air conditioning. Owner is very pleasant and accommodating. We were able to store our bikes inside the building. Breakfast is simple but a nice touch. I would definitely come back and recommend highly.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed at Leelas Villa Inn .. being my first "motel" stay I was pleasantly surprised. The guest rooms have all been recently updated with new flooring, furnishings and beds. The room was surprisingly quiet and temperature was good. The Restaurant that is operated by the owners was great - lots of selections (with some different options like their Eugenia Gold Rush Omelette and the Bhurji Omelette) and best coffee around!
