We stayed here for one night and the receptionist who I think was called Eleni was the friendliest lady offering a lot of advice about places to visit. Such pride in her village and the surrounding area was very much appreciated. Areopolis in the Mani region is a very traditional village, lovely to walk round and with many great places...

My wife & I stayed for 2 nights in October, on arrival we were offered a choice of rooms, we chose a room at the back on the 1st floor. The room & indeed the whole hotel was very clean & comfortable, There was a lovely view from our balcony of the mountains & sea, car parking was at the...

Stayed here three nights on an Explore trip. Welcoming staff and nice modern hotel. Room OK with fridge, wifi, and aircon. Breakfast OK with juice, good coffee, cereals, omelet, cheese and selection of sweet stuff. Well located and quiet - two minutes walk to the main square with bars etc. Ate here on first night a pre-ordered meal which was...

This is a very nice, famili run hotel. Breakfast is very traditional but could be better. It is a clean hotel with basic facilities.,. however, it is value for money. There is a nice pool and the city centre is 5 minutes walk in a lovely pedestrians' plaza...

Very cozy place to stay, you feel like at home (everything was done with a good taste), everything works, very clean, spacious bathrooms (that can be a problem in lots of hotels in Greece). 2 mins walk from the very town center.

I stayed at this hotel in July 2014. It is a few minutes walk from the bus station and also a few minutes walk from the center of the town. The street in front of the hotel is quiet, so even if your room is facing the front, it should still be quiet. The room was clean with typical single...

This is a great hotel. Rooms are relatively new and very clean. Rooms are also very spacious and have a balcony. For breakfast almost anything can be ordered. Rooms are at border of town; small center can be reached within 2 minutes of walk. Therefore an undisturbed sleep is guaranteed.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights as part of a tour group, so can’t comment on price/value. The room he had (112) was quite spacious. It was very clean and was kept that way throughout our stay. It had three beds (we only needed two), a desk, a fridge and extra chairs. There was a balcony outside. It...

The Hotel Mani is one of the few in lower Mani that can handle a large group. The owners/operators are genuinely nice folk. Rooms a spacious and well-tended. Breakfast is nothing to write home about, and coffee can be slow in appearing - but these are minor quibbles. The location is great and there is off street parking.
