A pleasant place to stay. A short trip by ferry to the centre of Sydney. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Clean. We stayed in a room with an ensuite, but shared bathroom is cheaper. They have a kitchen, laundry and lounge for the use of customers. Because it is a heritage building the ensuite is a little cramped, but workable. No...

Have stayed many times here. The property offers clean, breezy, large rooms, in-house full shared kitchen facilities, eat-inside or outside settings, BBQ, on-site parking (or around corner of you're late/r!), wi-fi in room, maps & info, quite and calm! Frequent ferry to city is 300 metres down road as are general store and excellent cafe for breakfast/brunch. Walk to Milson's...

Neutral Bay Lodge is a nice and clean place to stay. It is close to the city. You can easy walk to Sydney over the Harbour Bridge and get nice views. Or catch the fairy down the road to get to Circular Qay. It is an awsome fairy trip with amazing views of the Sydney Skyline. Neutral Bay Lodge was...

Stayed a night and would recommend this accommodation. Had our own bathroom which was clean along the the bedroom. Tea and coffee making facilities. Friendly staff and walking distance from the neutral bay ferry.

Hi Dear Guest, We are glad that you had enjoyed your stay with us. We are working hard to always maintain our lodge without lose our heritage style and offer an affordable price for our location. Hope to see you again if you come back to Sydney! Regards,

This place is nothing more than an overpriced backpackers hostel. Despite my advising check in time of 7.30pm, an envelope was left outside on the front doorstep with my name in full & the keys inside. My details were on the registration form in an unsealed envelope outside facing the street - thanks for the privacy! On arrival someone had...

Dear Guest, We take in consideration all guests reviews and we're always working to make some improvement keeping the place heritage style. Our front desk closes at 7pm and all envelopes for late check in are sealed and we've never had any problem with that. The photos on the website are newly updated and they are all our real rooms....

The Lodge is perfect for travelling by ferry to circular quay, only short walk down the road to ferry stop and 12 mins to Circular Quay, our room a twin with ensuite was perfect for a short stay. We enjoyed meals at Thelma and Louise cafe and Ta Ta Thai, both on way to Ferry stop. Lovely little beach by...

Clean hotel even the shared bathroom was kept clean. Great kitchen to enable guest to cook saving expenditure on eating out. Close to the ferry. Not that close to North sydney station for walking as area is hilly. Local bus stop nearby too taking you to the main road with frequent buses to the city. Opal cards for travel (like...

This place was fantastic, had all the resources you would expect for a short stay in a great location. Not far from several good places to eat from like the oaks hotel. Room was spacious and priced reasonably. Would definately come back again.

We stayed the night and were pleasantly surprised. Only 300m walk to the ferry terminal to Circular Quay. Rooms were basic, but clean. Very comfortable beds. Shared bathroom was quite new, clean and had very hot water in showers. Was very quiet at night also. Access to our room was by stairs only, but otherwise we were very happy and...

This place was excellently located to public transport. The ferry is just 150m walk, the train (Milson's Point) is only a 15 minute walk and buses a few minutes walk from the main road. The room was clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful and bag storage was available. Also very well priced. I would stay again.

“The front rooms are bigger and have chairs to sit on, however they are more noisy due to the (not too crowded) road. The back rooms are very quiet but have no chairs to sit on. However the bed is large and comfortable.”
