Too many little bad things to recommend this resort to anyone. One thing that really irked me was the lack of restrooms by the massive pools. It was too long of a walk to the nearest bathroom and it only had one working stall! There was two stalls but one had no door. The next

We read the reviews and went prepared with water shoes, etc. However, we never needed the water shoes as the beach was good and we were able to enjoy it without the need of water shoes. Rooms are dated but well maintained. They even have hot water in the showers most of the

Dear Guest, It is a pleasure to express our gratitude for your kind preference of visiting our resort, and especially for the valuable time that you took to let us know your experiences concerning your stay. We sincerely appreciate your comments that give us the opportunity to adjust and improve our service. We apologize for the bugs. Although our Quality and Hygiene department makes frequently fumigation over the whole Complex, included a special program inside the rooms, it is hard to avoid that bugs like those can be around. We hope that you will give us another opportunity to welcome you, so we can offer you the outstanding experience you deserve. Warm Regards, General Manager

The buildings are all Villas built on stilts. There was no direct walk in villas that I seen. With a child you will still have steps to climb to get in your room. This place is built on a hill so their is many stairs to get anywhere. With a stroller everything will be longer to get anywhere. Yes they have buggies but don’t be in a hurry cause they only have 3 and they are busy. Our room was quite close to the beach and we climbed 96 stairs one way to get to the buffet. You may want to consider a different place on a more level area. Very nice people there though.

Is there a kids mini disco?
They have a mini disco for the kids a couple days a week at 8 pm on the main stage. When they don't have the mini disco there is a pj party and a beach party.

Is there a good building to stay with kids?
We stayed in the 500. Close to kids club, beach, and there is a short cut to the buffet...avoiding all the stairs .Although I took the stairs when I could, helps keep the weight gain down

Take your own ketchup. The salt is very clumpy because of the humidity. If you can I would take some packets from take out restaurants.

There was a beer shortage that was caused by an interruption in brewing supplies coming from Canada. They had been trucked to FLA then shipped the rest of the way. The US has stopped those trucks at the border. Now supplies are shipped from Canada and they seem to have caught up with demand. Even locals can buy beer now.
