I am impressed by this onsite airport option. After getting your luggage walk toward arrival departure , but do not leave terminal building. Look for a Caixes exchange area and turn right. Look for Slerp and z fly on signs. Walk straight and the outdoor parking garage will be in your left. Continue into the doors in front of you ad that is check in desk. We booked through booking.com. The front desk will check your passport check you in to a very nice sized room. I traveled with my adult son so we had a king bed and a nice cot type bed in the room. Very nice bath with double sinks and big shower. Full breakfast starts at 4:30am.

Great option, very comfy and quiet!

We had a very early international flight, and we are always worried about ensuring that we have no chance of getting to the airport late. We stayed in the middle of Barcelona for the time we were there and checked it the evening before our flight. I thought that we had prepared to try to search for the hotel based on the information on the website but even with reading the reviews but it was still difficult to find. We had to ask for directions twice and once you get close there are signs. My suggestion is to head toward the parking lot, and when you will see two long moving sidewalks you know that you are getting close. When we were there, it was very quiet. I might have seen maybe 5 other guests. They initially took us to a standard room which was really small. I had booked a suite and trust me, the extra cost is worth the space. We are used to small European hotel rooms, but the initial room was very tight. There is a small gym though I could only get one treadmill to work. There was a lot of room to outside the room in terms of a lounge which was nice. AC worked great. Bathroom was quite large. Could not get the TV to work for some reason but Netflix worked which was great. We left so early we did not access the free breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The food options presecurity were numerous and the prices reasonable. Just walking around for exercise was nice especially in the evening as the flights wound down. While by no means the nicest airport hotel that we have stayed at in Europe, it served the purpose we needed it for during the 12 hours we were there, and we had a good night sleep without having to worry about transportation to the airport. Would stay here again. Enjoy.

Stayed here recently as flew in late and had a morning flight to Paris the next day. So easy to find on arrival and was checked in within minutes. The rooms are cleverly designed - really small but so well done they have everything we needed for an overnight stay. Breakfast the next morning was included and was lovely and then a 5 minute walk to get to departures for our flight. Highly recommend for those in a similar situation.

Stayed on 13 October for three hours after arrival from Singapore.

Clean and compact room. Swift checked by friendly and helpful Natalie!

I just took a shower and off again to my flight. Didn't use the restaurant.

I would certainly stay again. Highly convenient.

The housekeeping staff walked in on me despite my having the Do Not Dusturb sign on AND telling one of their colleagues that I was using the room to sleep.
If I’d been in the shower, then the view would have been completely public, due to no separate bathroom, and the shower being right next to the door.
Didn’t even get a proper apology.
Paid €120 for 6 hour use of a day room.

Dear guest, We are very sorry for what happened, there was a miscommunication and the lady thought she was free to clean it, as she often leaves the sign up unintentionally. It will not happen again and sorry again for what happened, and we understand that it is very disturbing. We look forward to welcoming you back to Sleep&Fly.

We arrived at the airport via taxi and the instructions on the website were not clear on how to find the hotel entrance. I called the front desk and told the man I spoke to that I was having trouble finding the hotel and that I was at departures. He asked where I was and I repeated that I had arrived via taxi and was at departures. He then proceeded to yell at me that he could not help me if I did not know where I was. So I hung up and we finally found the front desk on our own. Signage to the hotel is poor. At check-in they were still rude but efficient. They showed us our room that was small but clean. The condition is run down. There were rips in the wall paper, the toilet door would not shut and the shower floor was cracked in multiple places. We wanted to place some items in the safe box but it was locked open. Their solution was to give us the master key to the safe. This was very odd to us but we used it. The bed was very very firm. We stayed here because we had a very early flight out of Barcelona airport and it was very easy to get up and get on our plane but I’m not sure it was worth the price for the quality of space and service. We paid 220€ which seems ridiculous.

We stayed here for one night before an early morning flight out of Barcelona. I read other reviews of fly and sleeps and honestly went into it with low expectations. It well exceeded them! The room is actually pretty roomy, we were very pleasantly surprised. It came equipped with water, coffee/tea and toiletries. The check in was easy, the attendant showed us right to our room and if we wanted there was breakfast available. They actually kept recommending we check our luggage and come back for breakfast but as we had never flown through Barcelona before we wanted to make sure we had plenty of time for everything. They were right- we did and then some! Highly recommend this hotel for any travelers arriving late or leaving early!

We arrived fairly late at 1am into Barcelona on an international flight and just wanted to stay somewhere easy connected to the airport before going into the city the following a night of rest to our lodging in city center. The room was clean and relatively spacious for a European hotel. We go the junior suite to accommodate a party of 4 but only needed it for 3 in the end. The air conditioning was working well in July and the room was quiet. The breakfast in the morning was very simple but adequate.

As noted in prior reviews, the hardest part was finding the hotel. The website still has very vague directions but we were able to find it eventually with some help from the car rental attendant. The best way I can describe to get there is exit out the baggage claim area past the security, walk straight across from the baggage area (going right around the set of shops in the center of the hall) to the entrance to the metro. Turn right before going past the exit doors to the metro and go straight through the signs for the E/F hallway and parking. The indoor parking structure will be on your left and there are two moving walkways. Go to the end of this hallway until you pass the double doors into the other building(about 200 yards/meters), make an immediate right for another 80 yards until you reach the entrance of the hotel.

The hotel is very well located, the room is comfortable and the employee who served us was very helpful and attentive. The breakfast, despite being simple, had everything we expected. The price is a little expensive, although it can be seen in the location.

Obviously don't expect top-line hotel standards, but for its purpose, this facility is a WONDERFUL alternative to driving out to another nearby hotel or sleeping on the floor as many passengers seem to do. The room was perfectly adequate and it was a good opportunity to take a shower and lay down for a bit between my 12am-6am layover. I didn't get to partake in their breakfast but it seemed like a nice space, and the employees were extremely kind.

Its maybe 5 minute walk from Terminal 1 arrival area. But be aware of this: if you arrive, get your bags, go to AirRooms, then you cannot get back into main airport area for most of the dining venues. There are some you can get to, but choices more limited. Rooms are part of the airport in my opinion, having stayed there, but you have to walk along a corridor that is part of the terminal to get to them. Business Center is the key for locating. They are very basic rooms.

When I was researching this company I saw that some of their facilities where available hourly but I'm not sure of the details or if this was true for Barcelona. Don't know if there is a phone number you can call but that would be my suggestion.

I am not aware of an email address. You can message them through the Premium Traveler site, however... I would try that.

The rooms are available 24 hours a day, and the day use rate is from 10am until 6pm (booked as either a 3hour or 6hour slot). Any bookings outside these times will be at an overnight rate. You could email them to advise of your late arrival time. So if you are arriving early hours of the morning you will probably have to book for previous evening . Hope this helps
