Pros. The hotel's location is wonderful, and the sea view from the patio is spectacular. Room cleanliness is spotless The entertainment systems and smart TV is a big plus specially when it's fully functioning with a very good internet service. Very good location and room views. Cons. **Checking in was super slow. Despite having the stay guaranteed with credit card, they insisted to make several credit card transactions to charge the full stay prior to checking me in. I knew it's a hotel policy to do so, but I believe it needs to be reviewed as it causes a lot of inconvenience specially for someone who's been driving for several hours and needs to be checked in and have some rest ASAP. **The variety of food in the dinning buffet isn't very good and the dessert quality is terrible. **Snacks prepared at the pool bar are very low-quality and overly priced. ** The car parking costs 100 L.E per night even when not using valet service ** No nearby shops (at least for now because I saw some under construction), so you have to drive about 5 km. in order to get to a supermarket or pharmacy…

I stayed for 2 nights, the hotel facilities were very good. However I was completely disappointed with the beach condition, it was very bad and cant be used and i really wonder having all of this good facility and you cant prepare a beach on the same level!!! Furthermore, the breakfast and dinner menu was very poor in terms of available varieties as well as the quality of the food. Here i am comparing for example with Tolip north coast which is not the best as well in terms of restaurant Finally I am very surprised that parking has additional fees per night
