We have been waiting for 3 hours at the security gate even if we sent them the papers before, durty rooms, nothing done in the room, no sheets and freaking terrible security guard following us everywhere. Incompetent staff.
It is great time to spend With my family in Porto South beach Good price , sandy beach , friendly stuff with big thanks to house keeping , big activity at night even for kid , variety for restaurants and local supermarket same price as Cairo One star dropped for breakfast As my wife didn’t feel ok one day and want to have her Breakfast but they wanted to charge me 50 pounds although it is in including her meal! Don’t recommend to come in July or August or weekend Extremely crowded even no space on pool Thanks Porto for good time
The worst experiance i have ever met, i met 2 people in reception (Which later on knew that they are customer service called El Karmoty & i think Elgazar. I stayed in the Hotel from 2:30pm to 7pm trying to check in, i have the time share, they have new rule which they didnt report or send anything about it, In the beginig Karmoty was nice trying to help but with no result for 2 hours till we feel that is not our problem as we are regular guest from 2013 with the same rules, it's not our problem that you change it. After along conversation this Mohamed Gazar start to talk with bad manner & we were nervous (This is was around 4 something) He told me to shut up with sign from his hand si i get mad how dare He can talk like that & they start to indult us both of them, i was shocked how abig chain as Porty to have such impolit & inrespectful person like them We met the reception manager Wael which is honestly was at the beginig like them when he heared what they did exactly He appologized. The Hotel really in mess with assossiates with this bad manner, P. S: one of them told told us عليا الطلاق بالتلاته ما انتوا ساكنين. We called the customer service to complain but till know no one give us a call. What a experiance 😏…
This second visit to this place and the same poor service, no hygiene at all although the took fees for housekeeping, zero control as guests are very annoying through playing songs in very loud sound, keep laughing till 3 Am with saying very bad words with no consideration for families and children, no customer service through call center that keep you waiting for almost 45 min as minimum to reach anyone and reception guys who are dealing with very rud ways with gusts, actually I don't know the money they took for which service?
Wonderful place for hospitality, room service and the pool view is very good also animation shows are presented for children as well as adults. There are many way to spend yr day. Privacy is provided between rooms
