This hotel miss the meaning of being professional to guests, they cancel my reservation through booking and they told me the reason is invalid credit card, however I confirmed that payment will be paid as soon as arriving to hotel, I checked with my bank and they confirmed that there is no hold amounts or trying to deduct from my credit card, I contact with booking and they informed me that the hotel who canceled my reservation I'm sure of that they cancel my reservation to force me to make another reservation with double of rate!!!
The rooms were really nice and the staff was really accomodating. I went there for a quick 1 night getaway from the city and booked on short notice. Everything went smooth. All rooms are close to the pool, which is large and nice. The beach is also near by (Though not as big and not accomodating in terms of capacity, especially when considering COVID-19 physical distancing)
Short funny vacation I'd like to thank Stella di Mary hotel for the great service and warm welcome, specially the animation team. First check in was fast and easy,the room was kind of old furniture but very clean and organized 👌,the beach was great sandy and clean,food was good and tasty and there alot of green areas,for sure it will not be the last time 😀. Thanks Stella di Mary sea club hotel.

This is by far the worst resort I have ever stayed in. Very bad hospitality. Actually no hospitality at all. 1. upon getting to the resort, the security by the entrance after scanning my bag suddenly stopped me to inform me with undoubted certainty that I have a bottle of whiskey and it is not allowed. It took me seconds to understand what I was being told. after an argument, he told me that it is not allowed by the beach or pool. i told him I haven't even checked in yet!!! Let alone being by the pool or the beach!!!! Unbelievable!!!! but it is not his mistake, that's upon the management that decided to pass such information this way rather than make it part of their useless orientation. Not to mention that it's not alcohol! 2. I went to the beach. NONE OF THE LISTED MOCKTAILS / food on the menu is available!!!! 3. I checked the restaurant where i am supposed to have breakfast and dinner 'open buffet'!!!! the precautionary measures taken are not AT ALL appropriate. Total mess is understatement. I can send you pictures!!!! 3. I made a mistake and forgot the three plug adaptor. so I asked HK for one or an alternative. he said you have an USB output from TV. which would damage the battery as it goes to slow charge of 10hrs+. when i called the reception Tto ask for help on the matter. they said they don't have a solution. no plug. no extention or a charger!!!! resort that big in 2021 doesn't have the basic of services that is provided in way less advanced resorts!!! 4. Room service1: asked for an 'old fashion' glass. was told at first not allowed due to covid. when i insisted and confirmed to be willing to sign a waver that using the glass will be at my own risk. they accepted. so i cannot have a glass but there is an unsupervised buffet. there is entertainment in the outlets. and some of the staff by the beach are sitting in less than 1/2 meter from one another smoking!!!! 5. Room service2: ordered at 5.25 2peices of chicken breaststroke grilled or boiled with sautéed vegetables abd green salad. Had to repeat the order 5 times. Was never given a time frame for service delivery. It's now 6.51pm, still waiting!! 5. for 2000le. bed ONLY. since I won't risk my own health to utilize such buffet. this is a joke and cannot be acceptable anywhere. ZERO VALUE FOR MONEY!!!!! ZERO!
