Booked 10 days at this hotel pretty much at the last minute with Thomas Cook as the description looked really good , kids club , all inclusive, near beach etc. My six year old son pretty much summed it up when he shouted up at a plane one day ( our 3rd day ) and told it not to come... More

We have just returned from Alcazaba Mar on 12/08/2014. The hotel trades on being an international 4 star hotel, part of the Vita chain of hotels, according to their website (www.hotelvitaalcazaba.com). I am sad to say that it isn't either of these things; at best it is a 3 star. The Good - Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh... More

Went to this resort for 10 days, nice hotel quiet area, we was only English family for first week, mostly Spanish people, wasn't a problem though. Pool area very good, only gripe we had was that the food was cold, and not a great deal of choice, but would have been happy if the food was hot or even warm... More

We wanted a quiet week to read and swim and have something for the children ( aged 4 and 8) and that is exactly what we had. I was a tiny bit nervous when I read some of the reviews but in truth this hotel was very nice. Obviously it was mid season and there were mainly Spanish residents so... More

WE booked this hotel as a very late last minute deal .It was OK for what we needed, a complete relaxing chill out. The weather was fantastic sunny every day averaging 28deg.The first part of our week was very quiet especially around the pool (only one was open as it was low season). There were loads of Spanish retired folk... More

My sister in law and I stayed in this hotel for a 4 night short break , the hotel was great, friendly staff, and food good . Not much entertainment as it was early season and the hotel had less than 40 guest. Rooms and public areas were spotless. It could do with a fridge in the room. We stayed... More

We stayed at the Alcazabar Mar on an All-Inclusive Basis and were not disappointed. We booked a standard room for 2 adults and 9 years-old child but were upgraded to a Junior Suite. The room was massive with TWO excellent balconies and it overlooked the golf course. Good air conditioning and ceiling fan. The Hotel is mainly used by Spanish... More
