We have just returned from Bodner hotel, so I can share fresh feelings about this place. Hotel Bodner is easy to find, ca. 5 minute drive from Obervellach village. It takes ca. 25 minutes to get to Molltaler Gletscher or 20 minutes to Ankogel ski resort, which is OK and we were aware of this. Hotel is quite big, but...

We booked our three-night skiing trip last minute through an agency.With three kids and a family friend, we booked an adjoining room and a two-story appartment (which the kids liked very much). The rooms were comfortable and corresponded to the rating. However, what set Hotel Bodner apart was their children-friendliness. Our smallest (3.5 years old) has special dietary requirements. we went there for ski holiday for 3 nights. Booked through an agency. Check in was quick but bring your own dictionary since they dont speak english at all. We got the rooms 197, 196. There are no connecting rooms said. both size's were quite OK. it looked new with untouched of any sense. Be prepared for the cold nights...
