This was our first time staying at the Willow Shores B&B, but definitely not our last. The view over the bay, the delicious breakfast, homebaked goods, well kept grounds, gorgeous rooms...but most of all, the hosts welcoming and caring way of welcoming every guest like a friend and making you feel right at home!

Must be the best and reasonably priced B and B on the island. Charlene and Gord are wonderful hosts. Their lovely home on the lake is clean and relaxing. The views, the gardens and the waterfront make for a lovely experience. Charlene is a great cook and will accommodate diet restrictions. The hosts are very knowledgable about the island and...

We stayed with Charlene and Gord for one night during our honeymoon. As soon as we got there, we wished we were staying for longer! The home is beautiful and so well kept, yet we felt welcome to use each room and part of the property like it was our own. From full use of the kitchen, to additional snacks...

Willow Shores was fantastic. Comfortable and welcoming. The breakfasts were very tasty and personal. The first morning we were the only group there so Charlene allowed the child traveling with us to chose our breakfast. The house was neat as a pin and extremely clean. We attempted to have a fire the second night but, couldn't get it started due...

Hosts Charlene and Gord were amazing in their warmness and welcoming nature. My wife and I arrived early evening and were invited to join in for dinner on the spot - a very welcome surprise!. Conversations were great and ranged all over the place. Advice on places to see and eat were spot on. The kitchen and BBQ were available...

We stayed with Charlene and Gord for 4 nights in late June and our experience exceeded all expectations. Both hosts are extremely open-minded, friendly and welcoming. They invited us to use their kitchen, BBQ or to come out for a chat and offered advice for our day trip planning, but were never too intruding. The house is kept very nice...

This was one of the best B&B we have ever stayed in. The host Charlene and Gord are amazing people, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They make you feel very homely and introduce you to all the guests staying at the B&B and you get together and share each other's experiences and stories. Makes up for best conversations...

I had stayed at Willow Shores B&B with a friend of mine and we absolutely enjoyed our complete experience! Wonderful and warm hosts Charlene & Gord prepared best breakfasts in the world and always sent us on our exploration of Manitoulin Island with muffins, after of course in one way or the other, they put a smile on our faces;...

I would highly recommend this B&B on Manitoulin Island. Charlene and Gord are extremely nice, friendly comfortable hosts. The home is very clean, overlooks the water and the bedrooms are quiet and away from the activity in the home. This was my second time staying here in four years. Both times were great. This time it felt like I was...

We stayed at Willow Shores for 3 nights in August. The room was comfortable and the hospitality was excellent. Charlene went out of her way to help us enjoy our time on the island. Her breakfasts were fantastic and she even made us a sandwich to go when we were leaving at 6:00 AM. The other guests were also very...

“The music room is large, with a large ensuite and private elevated deck with steps down to back yard. The two inside rooms are smaller but since you have free access to the entire house, there is another large deck for all guests, and you want to be spending your time outside anyway, these rooms are just fine. We stayed in an inside room and the music room.”
