this cabins are great is you are looking for simple accommodations, cabin was spacious with full and twin bed, full bad and kitchen, my favorite part is that is right on west bay beach, and they also have very nice pool, service was great very flexible, we loss the morning ferry from La ceiba to roatan, and ended up getting...

If you're just looking for a place to lay your head at night this is a good spot for you. It's right on west beach next to all the bars. It's loud at night as its right next to the road. The room was below average and slightly dirty but you don't go to Roatan to be in a hotel...

Having been there for a week with a friend and having enjoyed nit so much I did not hesitate to return this time for almost two months and again I received excellent service and complete satisfaction. This time I was in cabin number one situated right on the corner with the beautiful sandy beach just across the main street with...

We were booked at Coconut Tree II by a travel agent, who will hear about our disappointment. We were told we would get towels when they were washed. The place is so run down, we never had hot water (but were told twice 'we are getting it for you, mon!'). The bathroom is a mess of rusted faucets and mold....

We stayed in Coconut Tree #8. Not super fancy, but air conditioned and right on the beach. Would stay there again. The staff was quite pleasant and available to help when needed. Could use an upgrade to the kitchen area

Coconut Tree West Bay Beach Cabins looked like a good value and nice location from its website. I received prompt email correspondence from Liana when planning our trip. Melida was very nice and friendly with showing us our room, check-in/out and greeting us on the property when she saw us. However, in person, this property and its room are in...

First, the folks treat you like family. Vincent, Melida, Mark, Armando and Leidis all aim to please. We stayed a week for our honeymoon and didn't want to spend a fortune on the room. We made a great decision. Just last week Vincent opened up his Beach Bar at Coconut Tree West Bay. Armando is a great bartender and Ledis...

This hotel is amazing. The staff is superb. Hats off to Mark, Daniel, Melida, Vincent and Papa for making my stay perfect. There were no insects around as someone stated or bed bugs. The rate is very affordable for the accommodation (especially the rooms in front of the beach with their private balcony!) Best view in West Bay by far....

After a long day of traveling and a wretched boat ride that made us all sick, due to extra bad waters, we arrived at Coconut Tree and didn't really know what to expect. We were blown away with the wonderful service and nice room that we got. The room was large, we had 3 beds, a refrigerator and microwave and...

Arguably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, absolutely terrible experience. As I write this at 2am as I can not sleep due to the roach and bed bug problem. I can not wait to leave, called the help number for clean sheets and they said they wouldn't be able to bring them until tomorrow and proceeded to hang...
