From Marrakech to Merzouga you have 570 km ahead. A good idea is to stop in the middle of the way, around Boulmane Dades and visit the Atlas area. The best way to go is with a private transport, in Marrakech you can find transport companies that usually do this in private or sharing with other travelers. If you need more services, you can send us an email and we can prepare you and itinerary. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any other doubt.

Dear latakadakia, I'm Joan, Marketing Manager at Grup Xaluca. First of all, I would like to thank you for your interest in Kasbah Hotel Tombouctou. If you would like to do a desert safari you can always book an excursion or a car with a private driver with us. Regarding your question about to stay or not overnight, you have the two options. We also have very nice camps all over the Erg Chebbi so that we can organize an overnight as well. If you need anything from our side, feel free to reach us through our website.
