Moonracer Farm is fantastic! Marge and Tom are very knowledgeable about Belize and ready to help with any planning. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and it was wonderful. Marge made us the best breakfasts each morning. Duck eggs, homemade yogurt and granola, banana pancakes, pecan cinnamon twists, banana butterscotch muffins, sausage, coffee, tea, fresh squeezed orange juice...

We stayed five nights at Moonracer Farm and absolutely loved it. Moonracer Farm is a perfect base for stunning and beautiful trips to nearby Maya sites, caves and waterfalls and Tom and Marge are fantastic hosts! They have a lot of helpful tips and they are happy to arrange fantastic tours with experienced guides that you will never forget. The...

Tom and Marge, the owners, made our stay in the area memorable and we have nothing but compliments for them. Tom picked us up at the airport and immediately took us to a place we could get lunch and offered us a number of things that we could do just on the way to the lodge from the airport. He...

We spent a week with Tom and Marge at Moonracer Farm with our three young children. It was the most memorable vacation we have taken in ten years. Belizean Jungle touring can be difficult with young children, but we felt completely safe with Tom guiding us. The best part of the trip was getting to know Marge and Tom! They...

Moonracer Farm is an outstanding lodge. Marge and Tom, and their friends, kept us well fed and busy for the 4 days we spent with them. The accommodations were comfortable, and again, the food was great! Each day was a new adventure that easily satisfied two 60 year olds and four 20 somethings. We will certainly return, but this time...

My niece and I spent three nights at Moonracer Farm with Marge and Tom in early March. We had a wonderful time. Reasons to stay at Moonracer: Personal attention: Marge and Tom, who are expats from upstate NY carving out a sustainable life in the beautiful Belize bush, are warm, knowledgeable and as attentive as you want them to be....

We are a family with four children 13 and under traveling as a way of life. While driving in Belize, we passed Moonracer Farm on the way to explore some of the fabulous nature in the area. We stopped in and asked if we could camp and were warmly received, even though camping is not their normal routine. Moonracer stood...

I sought out Moonracer after seeing the recommendation from the Belize Zoo, and we were very happy with our stay at Moonracer, the excursions Tom and Marge arranged for us, and our overall experience in the interior of Belize. Marge's cooking was wonderful, and the fresh, warm baked breads delivered to our cottage in the morning were a treat. We...

Staying with Tom and Marge and enjoying a small part of what the Cayo district has to offer was the highlight of our trip to Belize. We only wish that we had arranged to stay longer. Tom and Marge handled all of our booking for our day trips to ATM (amazing) and Tikal and made our arrival, stay and departure...

“There is only one cabin with two rooms, separate entrances, but close quarters sharing a thin wall between rooms on the inside. They have wifi when they turn it on; it's slow I guess. We didn't use it much. The location is more what it isn't than what it is: natural, environmentally aware, understated brilliance. Look at the guest photos!”

“It is better to take all the lodge if you are a little group or a large family. Sharing the lodge with another couple coulee more annoying since the walls are very thin. This was the only negative point that i can underline.”
