We identified this hotel as a possible base for exploring the Rhino valley. We emailed through to make a reservation but the Hotel’s response was very poor. So much so that in the event we declined to stay at an establishment that could not communicate with their customers to sort out a booking. I must add that my one star is only in relation to the communication issue. I cannot comment on the hotel and its facilities because we never got see the place or stay there.

Overall, this has been a very nice stay. The staff is very pleasant. The breakfast is typical German and very good. I am staying for 14 days and the room is very nice. It is walking distance to a few resturaunts and many Weinguts. I would recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. There is also an Annex just down the street that is older and looks pleasant.

This hotel is a very nice place to stay Ingelheim. It has an old and a new part, which is 100 meter away from each other. In the new part, you have the breakfast facilities. The staff is friendly, the breakfast buffet is good and you can enjoy their own wine too. Overall a place to come back for a business or private stay.

We reserved a block of hotel rooms for guests at our daughter's wedding, in the nearby Wasem Kloster. The Wasem Hotel was efficient and welcoming. The rooms were attractive and functional, the breakfast was excellent, and all our guests had only good things to say about their stay. The hotel was very flexible in adjusting dates and check-out times. One of the guests who had dietary restrictions and allergies was more than accommodated, with gluten-free bread, lactose free milk products, and hypoallergenic pillows. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in this area.

We stayed here for two nights while on a "wine and dine" trip with friends to Germany. Wonderfully friend staff, comfortable room, excellent Internet/wifi connection and conveniently located to area wineries and restaurants. A repeat visit in 2019 is a definite possibility.
