The faucets are sulfated, there is no water pressure in the shower when the sink is opened or the toilet is used; the empty refrigerator completely, there is no telephone to communicate with reception, the shower is very dangerous because there is no bar to grip..... It must have been a good hotel when they opened it, but it urgently needs to be renovated. Friday, February 1st we went with 3 pairs of friends to dinner. To be a restaurant that its name stands out “wine” had only 3 varieties.

Until a girl arrived 11.25pm with the bill and a worse attitude than if we were punks. He tells us I'm bringing the bill because we closed at 11 and we already made an exception, and we were still finishing our dishes. When she mentions that no one told us about the kitchen closing (thinking about dessert), much less that the place closed at 23:00 hrs., she with her apathy tells us that outside there is a sign where the schedule “let us read it”. We paid a bill of over $300,000, literally got kicked out without being able to finish eating properly. It is clearly a place I do NOT recommend. The hotel has nice location but the rooms are very small and so are the bed so not much space to move inside. Two things that annoyed me a lot here though. The pool you see in the pics are not correct. It was only 3 chairs at the pool and no chair cushions on them. One of them was available at the time I went there but could not use it because it was full with bird poo. All boardwalk was in fact with bird poo so they dont clean or maintain the pool area, despite we went their on a Saturday in high season. Now to the parking, we arrived in the afternoon and told the staff we parked a car, which they could see from the reception. The receptionist said, fine and gave no more information about the parking. So in the morning when we wanted to go out after breakfast around 10am but 2 other cars blocked our car and the gates was closed and nobody at the reception at that time. So we just had to wait together with other annoyed people until somebody got help from staff at the restaurant. So around 10.55 we were able to be let out eventually after he got hold of the last car owner who blocked the other 3 cars. So if you come in car avoid this place if you don't want to sit and wait in the morning so you get locked in until 11 last time of check out otherwise. The staff was friendly and helpful but it doesn't help if they are too few and clearly the owners dont maintain the place. Lot of creda to the restaurant, both food and staff was great.

We had gone 10 years ago and had an incredible experience, everything was impeccable. We went last week since we had a wedding in Algarrobo, it was the worst experience in any hotel, which in truth is more like a Motel.
The room was really tiny, it looked like a closet, with a view of nothing, the bathroom did not have a shower support and the water was a trickle, the television remote control did not have batteries, we asked for a change and it didn't work either!!, the Terrible parking, all the passengers' cars had to be moved to get out.
Don't go to this hotel!!
Oh and also very expensive for what it is

The main room shown in advertisements is so tiny that two people with minimal luggage can barely move. It is so loud at night with animals outside the window, I thought someone was being slain. The shower head fell off the wall, but that didn’t matter because there was zero hot water. We were advised at check in that breakfast was 845-1000. There was nobody anywhere during this time. When we left at 10, there was still nobody around so we had to maneuver the exit gate on our own. Literally the worst hotel experience of our lives.
