The room was great with a fully functioning air conditioning and a very clean bathroom, very impressed. The food was exceptional and the staff/ animators were great. They have beautiful loungers both by the sea and by their pool (which is kept to a high standard). Perfect

The hotel is located on a small beautiful bay, next to the Arcomagno which is a magical place it self. We are 2 adults and 4 kids, and we planned to take 2 rooms (because we didn't find a 6 people room on the web). When we arrived the hotel, the stuff in the reception suggested us a room which was big enough for all of us, and helped us to find some train info that we needed. Our room was basic, but very clean. The swimming pool is simple and nice. Breakfast is the same :-) The main 2 reasons that we give 5 points to Arcomagno club village are, first of all: the exceptionally stuff- begining with the receptionists, threw the waitresses and ending with the handy man who fix everything you need- they were all so nice! Friendly, helpful and super simpatico. The second is the location which is wonderful. The beach is beautiful, the water are clear and the bay surrounded by rocky hills that slaps into the water. There is a nice bar on the beach, beach chairs and umbrellas, and kiaks and pedal boats that you can rent and get easily to Arcomagno, and the little islands located in the bay. We had sunny days and pink- orange sunsets. It was a great vacation and we will be back.

Very nice area and setting! Nice pool and garden and very nice hotel beach. The room we stayed in, 1/4th of a bungalow (like most other rooms) was nice and clean, medium sized, with a/c and a fridge beside a bath room (without bath but with a shower). The majority of the visitors is Italian and the staff is not very English speaking although very friendly and service minded. However the sounds might destroy your vacation! This might radiate from the various performances most nights at the hotel scene (that you might appreciate) as well as your room neighbors having sex, their TV on or shouting at children. The soundproofing between rooms is not very good - and it's not really a "neighbor thing" to do anything about. The breakfast was, by most southern Italian, standards good. The one dinner meal we had during our 8 day stay in the hotel restaurant was barely OK - in fact it was the least appreciated meal we had during our three week in Italy. The included Internet connection worked on and off, this might be due to the high cliffs surrounding the hotel compound.
