First I would say that the name doesn't match the reality , there is no spa but at least there is a Dead Sea. We ate the same food for 4 days in a row. What we didn't finish at Lunch they put out at dinner. The diner was full of insects that jump into your food while eating ....

You would think with a name Dead Sea Spa this place wold clean and lovely. It was neither. Upon entering our room, we found multiple items broken, including our bathroom door handle. There were ants crawling on our floor. We had no towels, coffee, tea or water. The service personnel were rude, inattentive and unable to perform simple tasks (such...

Rated four star but staff needs strict training as there was a lot of laxity by house keeping and front office. The GM doesn't seem to be interested in getting better rating for this Hotel. I was there for 17 days getting a Psoriases treatment and pointed out a lot of discrepancies from time to time but nobody seem to...

We stayed one night at the Dead sea spa. It's not too expensive compared to side hotels but it's clean, close to the Dead sea beach, they supply towels, have nice bar, etc. Food and drinks are a bit pricey but they are in all other places as well so... Night buffet is okay. What's great - specially with kids...

We stayed one week to see if sun and Dead Sea “water” can cure my wife’s psoriasis. We selected hotel because of so called “Medical Center” what happened to be rather misunderstanding. Unfriendly German nurse/receptionist didn’t help us so much and local doctor spent routine 7 minutes for examination and treatment prescription. The private solarium with almost no air circulation...

I stayed for only 1 night here, but it was very enjoyable. The hotel is very luxery, but the price I had to was a bit expensive for the things to do in this resort. The pools, dead sea, massage & the food were excellent, but other than that there was not so much to do.

Travel reviews Dead Sea spa hotel: I promised hotel management I would write this review & to look out for it: I'll begin with the positive: great beach location on the Dead Sea. While the meals were the usual buffet style, the food was very good and the dining room wait staff and sport bar bartender were fantastic, offering friendly,...

A cheap n cheerful hotel, with a really good sea front access that is being improved, but don't expect too much. After three calls to house keeping for an iron and ironing board, I gave up and went for sun downer drinks in a case crumpled shirt. The bar drinks were expensive, as was the evening meal - for what...

My husband and I visited Jordan - Dead Sea back in June 2013 and I can say it was a great experience. Our stay at Dead Sea Spa Hotel was very good, calm and relaxing. The hotel has great location near all the remaining hotels, walking distance from Mariott, Kempinski and Movenpick which we visited for dinner. The beach at...
