A big thank you to Charlie & Marie for their kind hospitality for myself and Courtney and our animals. The lambs enjoyed the paddock and the pigs loved the sty. Breakfast set us up for our working day and our comfortable beds sent us into the land of nod very quickly. See you soon.

A two night stay was wonderful at The Beaches. The location is easy to find with dedicated off road parking. The house is nicely decorated, our room was provided with an en suite bathroom, TV and amenity tray. The location is quite with chickens, ducks and sheep in the areas around the house. The breakfast was a highlight, the cooked...

Stayed for a couple nights to get away from home, and visit the Norfolk and Lincoln areas. The B&B was clean and had all the facilities you want - a top quality breakfast with everything hot and tasty - exactly the way it should be. I felt totally refreshed after this mini break and ready to return to the day...

Great place to stay real country setting on a working farm . Couldn't have been any more helpful even recommended where to go to eat out . The bedrooms were spotlessly clean . Breakfast was cooked to perfection . We will definitely stay again .

We stayed at The Beeches for a family wedding at a nearby hotel & were very happy with our stay. The welcome on arrival was warm & friendly, we were shown to two very spacious en-suite rooms, spotlessly clean & tidy with large bathrooms, The rooms were well equipped with TV/DVD players & a welcome tray with a good selection...

Stayed here for 2 nights with a large group of friends whilst in the area for a wedding. The b&b was beautiful, very picturesque and had gorgeous decoration throughout. Charlie and Marie were very welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We didn't want to leave!

Travelling to Spalding with a party of 11 friends for a wedding, the Beeches was a wonderful place for us to stay. Lovely, well furnished rooms, a gorgeous full-English breakfast cooked by the proprietors, Marie and Charlie, who were extremely welcoming, friendly and approachable, and some very friendly dogs! I believe we may be thinking of coming back!
