Set in a nice small village, large car park. Rooms in the main house and additional building. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfy, good shower. Nice touch a brandy in the room.. Good breakfast..

Stayed here for one night as had a conference the following day, was very impressed with the hotel and particularly the twin room which was very well appointed. The staff are very friendly and the food was great.

Stayed in the cottage annex of the hotel the room was fairly good clean and tidy had a bathin the massive bath room could incorporate an additional shower overall the main hotel does look a little tired but all staff that we spoke to were friendly and very helpful, had breakfast daily and the waiter was very efficient and attentive....

This hotel is excellent and is located in a beautiful village with a Indian/ Thai which were also very good. On check in the staff were very helpful and also upgraded me to a beautiful room. The bar maid Mel was also very talkative and friendly. I don't understand the negative discussion on Trip adviser. I guess you can't please...

I stayed here over new years and enjoyed my stay. The night staff, inparticular Ben who served on the bar, were very accomodating, polite and made a great evening/early morning entertainment engaging in conversation. A place I'd like to visit again.

The hotel is in a lovely area and convenient for Milton Keynes, but this is where the positivity stops. Whilst some staff were lovely, I dealt with a young lady who was incredibly rude and swore at me. When I asked to speak to a manager, the lady she took me to did not seem very managerial and the young...

I stayed here with a colleague whilst on business in the area. We were working until late and needed somewhere with a late check in (2.30am arrival) which they happily accommodated. On arrival we were greeted by the night Porter who quickly sorted our rooms and offered a drink from the bar before we settled for the night. The reception...

Pleasant hotel. Rooms are nicely refurbished always clean and fresh. Nice complimentary touch having Brandy in the room. The food menu for room service doesn't allow for a great deal of choice and doesn't change often. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is quiet and peaceful for a good nights sleep. Good parking. Hotel of choice when working in and...

For so close to Milton Keynes, the Moore Place is an excellent choice. The room was well appointed, clean and quiet. Unfortunately the TV didn't work properly and the radiator was too noisy to have on overnight. I'd stay again but be a bit more choosy with regards to the room the next time. Last time we were in MK...

Poor insulation and inadequate heating make this a very cold hotel. The restaurant was so cold only one person braved it (no doubt of Icelandic extraction). Otherwise pretty average on all counts. The rooms seem clean, traditionally equipped with reasonable performance from the wifi. There are worse places to stay in the area so this sits in the middle. Good...
