I booked two cottage rooms - 101 & 103 - for a one-night stay...not worth the money.... wall plasters were flaking, peeling.. the hot water taps were malfunctioning.. and the rooms were no where near the photos displayed.. .. and they insisted that we pay 200INR for the heaters.. Felt very cheated overall...They worst of the places that we stayed...

I must thank everyone at this beautiful hotel for making my stay most memorable. The cottage in which we stayee was fantastic with huge sit outs which have spectacular views. It was like our own small home where we could have complete privacy. We went for a short trek to the fox hill just adjacent to the hotel and for...

We stayed in this property for a night only and nothing much to say for it. Average property with average service. First thing first....., it was really tough for us to locate the property and after a lot of stop overs and asking, we managed to reach there. Would explore other options if I visit Palampur again as this was...

Amazing experience to visit this place located at a very calm place. The first thing I notice about any resort/hotel is its parking and this hotel has a very decent parking and the guard is ever present and active to let you park your vehicle properly. Mr. Nishant who manages everything is a perfect example of a perfect hospitality. Such...

There are small appartments in the hotel which is not just a hotel room but much more than it. It includes a small drawing room, lobby bedroom, washroom...

The staff of the hotel are very polite and helpful. The rooms are very clean but the room i stayed in lacked amenities like electric kettle, fridge etc. I stayed in the basic room so that might be the reason. There are two types of room one with a view of mountain and one with inner garden view, i would...

Room was okay. Staff incompetent. We had to pay very much for breakfast (they didn't bring us what we ordered) and as we complained they didn't take it seriously but just laughed. Not very pleasant. A pity.... because that would not be necessary in such a hotel. Probably needs a good manager.

Good value for money hotel. Staff is so soft spoken & co operative. Food quality & variety is good. Rooms are clean, specious with some maintenance issues. Property is centrally located under foothills. Place is good for family visits.
