When a hotel has 5 stars, expectations are naturally high. Jiva Hill effortlessly meets these expectations.
The buildings are beautiful and well maintained. The beautiful large rooms (ours looked out over the French mountains), offer all the necessary comfort and are soundproofed. The entire hotel is very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Numerous facilities are available, including a swimming pool, spa and sauna. The breakfast buffet offers something for everyone and takes place in the Jiva Restaurant, with a beautiful view of the Swiss mountains. In the evening you can dine here gourmet, which is also recommended. The pool is pleasant, and there are always plenty of sunbeds available. Towels left on beds are regularly removed by the staff, which is absolutely positive.
I only have 2 comments: - the parking is quite limited so people are often in the electric places, which is quite annoying if you effectively have an electric car and need to charge (in addition, of course, nice that the possibility is there). - The service at Le Jardin (the other restaurant) is in stark contrast to the experience in the rest of the hotel: the service is arrogant and biased very harsh in favor of regular guests. Selling as much as possible is clearly the motto here: if you don’t order a full 3-course menu with bottles of wine, you’ll actually just be neglected. A second visit revealed the same situation, which was disappointing. I would definitely not recommend this one, luckily there are plenty of alternatives nearby, and Geneva is 15-20 minutes away.
The experience at Le Jardin aside, I can only recommend this hotel and it was actually a perfect holiday. If we ever go on holiday in the area again, we will definitely be back.

We loved this resort, travelled for a night only after a longer stay in Geneva and wished we had stayed longer. Room was beautiful and huge, lovely view over mountains and all amenities were top notch. There is fabulous smell all over but not overwhelming. We used pool spa, sauna all great. Massage was gorgeous! The dinner in Italian was nice, my husband beef was beautiful, my course the vegetarian pumpkin with truffle was okay. The restaurant staff were lovely especially the lady whose name I did not remember but had polish, English and French she was so lovely. They put lovely candle and chocolate decorations on desert for birthday! The food in bar was nice and prices are what you would expect from 5star. Bed medium to firm, pillow selection and nice toiletries.

Although I always use Trip Advisor testimonials to define my itinerary, this is the first time I have left my testimonial, as I understand that exceptional experiences must be shared. I'm with my family for the second time at Java Hill, unfortunately for a short stay. The hotel has a large, beautiful and well-kept outdoor area where you can practice sports such as: golf, tennis, cycling and hiking. The main building reminds you of a domestic environment, it makes us feel like we are at home, with little flow, impeccable service and pleasant ambient music. The rooms are of a standard far above that of most 5-star hotels, spacious rooms, super equipped and with linens and high-class products. We were approached several times by the team, always with extreme kindness, trying to find out how we were doing and how they could improve our experience. I would like to mention Jean-Baptiste Marin (Sales & marketing director) who symbolizes the spirit of the attentive and efficient team, which is, without a doubt, one of the great differences of the house! For Brazilians, who appreciate the Fasano network, they need to know a much higher level!

A pleasant stay overall, a new experience because this RC is of a different type from those we are used to visiting. The team was really attentive to our needs, the places are well organized, clean and the equipment corresponds to the expectations of a RC, even if we found the SPA space a little below the general services of the establishment. (Variety of facilities offered and the hammam was out of service during our stay)
The Jiva restaurant offers good service, a good wine list and a 3-course dinner included in our reservation, the restaurant team is discreet and attentive to your needs. However, we found the place a little noisy (children left unsupervised by their parents) and lacking a little privacy given the size and layout of the room.
We did not use the establishment's external services.
Thank you again to the entire Jiva Hill Resort team for their welcome this holiday season.

Pension nestled in a green setting. The landscape is calm and relaxing. Too bad there are many wilted flowers in the borders. So yes it requires maintenance but the Jiva Hill is rated 5 stars so... The wooden corridors and doves it is beautiful but noisy (suitcase heels...). Small but pleasant pool and spa areas. The room is small, but comfortable with for those on the ground floor a small terrace overlooking the garden. The decoration is a mixture of wood and modernity. Rich and varied pdj served in the gourmet restaurant. The two restaurants (the Garden and the Jiva) are worth a visit. Very good food and excellent service. Big hitch though for care. The cabin is icy – and I’m not chilly – with maximum air conditioning just above you and for a massage it’s very unpleasant. The protocol of care is followed to the letter and does not allow any adaptation. Real pity especially for such care and a luxury establishment. It leaves a bitter taste and for a relaxing weekend it is grated.

We stayed two nights at the Jiva Hill Resort with my spouse on his birthday. The upstream exchanges to plan the stay were fluid and were able to meet all my requests. Once there we are amazed by the beauty of the site which is perfectly maintained (too bad, the sun was not there and so we could not enjoy the surrounding landscapes... It will be an opportunity to come back). For the rest of the stay, everything was perfect, from the reception at check-in, to the discovery of the room decorated with taste and subtlety. Nothing is left to chance and everything necessary is available. The SPA is not very large but it is enough by itself by the quality of the facilities as well as the cleanliness it shows. We were able to dine in the two restaurants of the establishment and everything was perfect. The hunting menu at the gourmet restaurant was full of discoveries with culinary achievements perfectly executed, the team is very careful and very good advice. Our dinner at the brasserie was no less fantastic, the teams know how to be omnipresent and yet full of discretion, which is perfectly appreciated. We were able to taste beautiful Italian inspired dishes, also made to perfection. Breakfast is served in the gourmet restaurant room opposite the main building, the buffet is full, full of delicious products to stock up on vitamins for the day and once again the staff is at your disposal. Despite the fact that the property is in the middle of a golf course, and the weather was not mild during our stay, we were able to see the cleanliness of the circulation spaces, which are immaculate thanks to the work of the cleaning teams, discreet and unparalleled efficiency. The teams are professional, discreet, smiling and have at heart to make you have an unforgettable time. In the end, it is an establishment to recommend with your eyes closed. A huge thank you to all the teams.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel Relais & Châteaux! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm and delicate attention that immediately put us at ease. Each team member is attentive, smiling and always available, which makes all the difference.
The room, tastefully decorated, offered absolute comfort with bedding of exceptional quality. We particularly enjoyed the little touches that were waiting for us every day and the stunning view from our balcony.
The hotel’s restaurant also deserves all the praise: tasty dishes, beautifully presented, with fresh and local products, accompanied by wise advice for food and wine pairings. Every meal was a unique dining experience.
The facilities, whether spa, swimming pool or gardens, are of impeccable beauty and cleanliness. We loved relaxing in this quiet and refined environment.
Thank you to the whole team for this stay that will remain etched in our memories. We can't wait to get back!

It's big, very big! Surrounded by an 18-hole golf course that takes up almost the entire estate, the JivaHill is characterized by its calm and beauty. We feel like we're out of time. It is big, and rightly so, it has a lake, yes yes a private lake on which you can go jet skiing and other water sports, a cinema which, by the way, is in a building that houses a hangar and helicopter landing pad, which you can privatize with the film of your choice, popcorn and cocktail in hand. Below is a stable full of beautiful horses that you can approach, as well as other animals. In the main building there is a heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool with patio. There is also a spa area with two saunas and a steam room and a sensory shower.
Remember to take the time to market and discover the hidden corners of this estate, a small dirt road takes you into a grove and goes all around the estate.
We were in love for our 8 years as a couple and the staff was exceptional from arrival to departure. Always listening and caring with a big smile, respect and a warm welcome. It's simple all this time, we felt like we were the only ones in the hotel and that all the area was at our service. It's fluid, invisible and pleasant.
There are two restaurants in the area, "Le Jiva" with a French restaurant, as well as "Le Jardin" with an Italian restaurant that are just exceptional. I weigh my words in saying that I've never eaten as well in my life as I have there, and yet I've turned them into restaurants around the world. Special mention to the staff of these restaurants, young and dynamic.
We took a lodge with Jacuzzi and apart from a few little cuckoos like the water pressure in the Italian shower which is ridiculously low which spoils the fun a bit, and the fact that we did not manage to connect to the Chromecast of TVs, are, in the end, just small problems without consequence. Apart from that, the cleanliness of the rooms is amazing, NOT A SPOT ANYWHERE, it is rinsed from floor to ceiling. The architecture of the room and its style is all to do in the tone I like, it is modern, woody, beautiful and simple. The jacuzzi is nice, a bit complex to operate at first and probably jets that didn't work on ours, but just being able to stay all night if you want to, is a very good point.
To make it short, if you are looking for calm, serenity and uncompromising service, the JivaHill is the absolute destination!

My 4th stay in this establishment, and always the same feeling when leaving: appeasement.
What a pleasure to return to this haven of peace. My last stay was at the end of 2021. I had the opportunity to discover the results of the renovation work:
- A Deluxe room has become very modern, perfectly equipped, which retains a zen and warm atmosphere as well as a spectacular view (thank you again for the upgrade, I was very touched by this kind attention); - A renovated and enlarged spa, chic, very pleasant; Consideration for the respect of the environment raised to an even higher level than before. Staying at Jiva Hill becomes more than ever synonymous with a green wellness holiday coupled with a refined lifestyle.
I also wanted to acknowledge the 5-star service provided by all staff. Exceptionnel.
Many thanks to everyone for helping to make this stay so pleasant. I can't wait to come back as a family!

Objectively a beautiful Resort perfectly decorated, and perfectly maintained, inside and outside. Nevertheless for us an experience wasted by a room that did not correspond to that chosen during our Reservation (Relais et Châteaux box on which is clearly specified "deluxe room or suite"). At the time of Reservation we were offered the choice between a suite with jacuzzi and views of the Alps or a simpler room with views of the golf course. We had made sure to bring our stay to the availability of the most beautiful room. Arrived on site we are taken to a "deluxe" room. We explain that we have booked the rest. Then comes the receptionist who explains that we have a “misunderstanding” (so I would have invented the proposal of their employee with whom I made my Reservation). She then explains that if she swapped my room with a suite, the Pension would be “TOO LOSING”!!!! The only solution offered: pay a significant supplement to get the room originally booked! We take note of it but I conclude that she preferred that it was the client who was losing = 2 hours drive for a half-wasted romantic weekend! In any case this is unworthy for a Pension of this standing: when you choose and pay a 5 star it is especially to have the certainty of having an excellent weekend being perfectly considered by its host. In summary a very nice place, a good restaurant, nice staff (especially the room staff), but be vigilant, despite the 5 stars, on the Reservation Confirmation: which unfortunately I did not do...so no recourse!

You can arrange a transfer with the hotel which is quite expensive. We did this on our first visits but since then have always hired a car as it’s very cheap and it’s less than half an hour drive from Geneva airport. Alternatively I’m sure you could arrange a private transfer as there are various websites that offer this.
