We stayed here b and b for 5 nights. We have stayed in many hotels and both agreed that the staff here, particularly on reception were the best yet, really went out of their way to help us when our luggage didnt make our flight and when our hiking guide cancelled last minute on us. They really helped us. They... More

Invited by a friend to stay there I arrived after sunset on a weekend night.after a few long seconds of observation I still couldn't find the way to the reception.I had to ask a guest. It's through the open air restaurant along the swimming pool and up the stairs along the bar and on the left...To my surprise the hotel restaurant... The hotel is located some kilometers outside of the city of Saint Leu at the east coast of La Reunion. It's a good starting point for trips to the most stunning beaches as well to hiking tours to the volcano, Cilaos etc. The environment is very beautiful, a park with palms and other trees. Our room is spacious and includes... More

When we checked in, we were told to have a seat on the couch and given juice with fruit on the rim, then told all about the services and such by a nice lady who spoke great English. Front desk staff in general were incredibly helpful, making good recommendations, and even made calls for us to help set up activities... More

We spent 4 nights of our honeymoon at Iloha and had a fantastic time. You can literally hear the waves crashing; that's how close you are to the sea. Breakfast bar view of the sea is breathtaking and many of the main amenities; pool, restaurants and bar overlook it too. The hotel has a lovely rainforest-feel with lots of palm... More

This is a good hotel, not too expensive yet in a perfect position to explore the island. The garden is very nice and the atmoshpere relaxed. Ask for a "parapente" experience to the reception, you won't regret it!

Dear Madam, Dear Sir, Thank you for posting your review on TripAdvisor. The quality of service is our priority, it is very important for us to satisfy our guests. You chose to book for a standard room, which is the basic hotel room’s category and also the cheapest. Maybe a bungalow located in the park would have been more convenient,... More

Family friendly hotel and therefore plenty of kids running around. Poolside restaurant was overpriced with bland food. Italian restaurant was decent enough and better value than the main restaurant. Good breakfast served in the main restaurant. The hotel is looking a little worn around the edges. Free-to-use laundry facilities on site. Free WiFi access which works well. Bungalows come with...
