Very disappointing for a Wyndham property. Nice setting and easy access to the beach, Maho, the airport, and Cupecoy Beach. The villa we stayed at was spacious, but dated. The kitchen definitely needed an upgrade, while the bathrooms needed caulking and grout work. We only had maid service two out of the seven days we were there. Beach towels, issued...

Have been to this property 4 times over the past 10 years. Each year it gets progressively worse. The timeshares now sell for $0 on eBay. This was a 4 day trip with my wife. Front desk tried to but us in a romm below the category we reserved. Then told us we had to wait an hour to talk...

First day there, not bad. Plenty of supplies, nice furniture, huge 1BR with 2 balconies. Hot tub green, but posted notices said they would all be fixed tomorrow. (It was cleaned and filled by our last day there). 2nd day, broken A/C (never fixed) and broken ice maker (never fixed). We only had maid service on Monday & Wed., so...

First of all, I have stayed at the Sapphire before so I have seen it when it was in its better day. Apparently, the owners have taken any improvement money and pocketed it. They keep telling people they have improved it however the only thing we could tell was some new furniture in tower 2. It is dirty. There is...

The restaurant by the pool was OK I guess if you don't mind eating with rats walking by you as you eat. The only good thing I can...

I traveled to St. Maarten with a friends who have two teenagers. We were promised an ocean side room but were given a room on the bay side. The second bedroom was no bigger than a walk-in closet. There was only one bathroom and that had no fan or window so got extremely humid as we took showers. Also, there...

Both rooms kitchens were deficient , Lack of utensils and glasses . They charged a $75.00s US surcharge for the one bedroom room per week. Unfortunatly for us the " owner " of...
