We highly recommend YOU DO NOT stay here!! BED BUGS!! Ants, roaches and who knows what else was lurking in the night!! The staff and management are very unfriendly and NOT helpful! The manager refused to meet with us!! It took 3 days to get 2 wash cloths, 1 1/2 days to get a lock for the safe, 2 days...

We found tripadvisor.com on day two of staying here; right after going shopping for Febreeze air freshner extreme (best $5 ever spent) and other deodorizers. I actually went shopping for pillows on day three, as everything in the room stunk terribly. Unfortunately, I did not find the pillow store ... fortunately, my wife called RCI and told them how it...

Rooms are a decent setup if you are facing the pool...don't stay on the other side of the building facing the street. All the rooms are dated however...and too expensive. The grill and dishwashers in our room did not work at all. All the buttons on the stove were broken, so we were never sure what setting (high, medium, low,...

I stayed here my final night in St. Martin for only one night (thank goodness!) only because it was close to the airport and one of the few hotels which would allow you to stay only one night. Upon arriving, the lobby is dirty and smelled of urine. There was only one person at the check in desk with 5...

I would not return to this place ever. The rooms are very dated and not cared for at all. The air conditioner does not cool the room. The kitchen was run down and covered in ants on two nights. We had a problem with our key in our first room and it was a real chore to get it fixed....

I found this hotel to be very clean and "homey". The staff was ok, some better then others. Food was good, and beaches are beautiful. The closest beach is a 5 minute walk (cupecoy), however if you walk a bit further in the opposite direction you will be at mullet bay beach, wich is AMAZING. We also went to a...

If you do end up here, make sure to stay in BUILDING THREE. We had to change rooms twice, the first two were in building one which apparenlty is the...

I was scared to come here after reading reviews. Upon arriving we went to the check in desk and were told we could only get 1 key card as they only had 1 at the moment. Within 5 minutes of going to our room, we were greeted by a giant cockroach :( and ants in the sink. (However I am...

We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo there. I could not believe how this place had become so run down since Wyndham has taken over. The condo was poorly decorated with furniture that was at least 15 years old. Most of the appliances (the ice maker, dishwasher and coffee pot) did not work. My husband had to go with the...

I couldn't have been more disappointed in this hotel. Wyndham should consider this a brand damaging experience. First, the stench. The other reviewers here have said plenty, but let me just add that we left the balcony doors open for a full day and it still smelled. I feel like I should have my lungs tested for toxic mold poisoning....
