It was impossible to book on-line, but a local travel agent was very helpful & sorted out my booking - no problem with date-changes due to flights being rearranged. Little English spoken at reception, but keen to help in sign-language! Very friendly. Breakfast was a bit "thin", but adequate. The hotel is situated in a convenient location. Near the hotel Park recreation Center Asia, a nightclub, and a 5-minute walk to national Museum. On the next street is a supermarket. Very polite staff at the reception, explain how to complete and where to buy necessary things. Directly in the hotel sell magnets and small Souvenirs. Rooms are clean, though...

Very central hotel with very helpful staff that helped us with our onward plans in a very competetive way. good quality wifi. balconies overlooking the river.only drawback being the rooms are a little dated and the beds could be more comfortable.despite this highly reccomended

The room was furnished simply--a single bed, desk and chair, small fridge, a TV and a phone. Large windows let in a lot of light, with a door leading to a narrow deck. The view was mature trees with the Yenisei River beyond. Breakfast was included, offering porridge & blinis, or fried eggs, and always bread. Coffee, tea, and juice...

The Odugen is a hotel complex consisting of two adjacent buildings –the Odugen itself, and the Kottedj (Cottage), which bears no resemblance to a cottage, but is a rambling three-floor concrete structure that was once the official residence of Salchak Toka, the ruler of Tanna Tuva.
