Wonderful hotel. This is our first stay and we will certainly return!
We stayed in a two bedroom two bathroom suite. Very spacious and well fitted. The kitchen can be outfitted for use for an extra charge but all as we needed was the fridge. The dinning area is great as is the living area. Sofa and chair very comfy.
Bedrooms have the best blackout blinds and curtains of any hotel we have ever stayed in. Love the rain shower in both bathrooms. Lots of windows with great views.
The whole suite was perfectly clean!
Loved complimentary breakfast. Had hot options as well as fruits and toast and pastries.
Complimentary parking in Toronto is a huge savings. Love that it’s in door parking as well.
We found check in and parking very simple. You come up to 12th floor to lobby to check in and park on P2... not very difficult.
Will certainly tell friends & stay again!

We were very impressed by the amenities that comes with the room. Room was very clean and comfortable. We also had a private bedroom and a living room. To add to this, the manager was very pleasing, obliging and very accommodating . He offered us a free up grade and a late check out up to one pm being a vip status. He also went out of his way to assist us for the parking in directing us to the correct parking location. I will definitely recommend my friends and relatives to this property

We stayed here in late February for a week. My wife and I and our son shared a two bedroom suite. Considering that we paid about the same for a mediocre Air BnB this was very good value. The room was spacious and had two bathrooms ' a full kitchen (but you have to ask for plates and cutlery if you want) and a washer and dryer. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate. Indoor parking is included (but the parking garage is very busy and confusing). We plan to stay again next time we're in Thornhill.

I’m not a negative review writer. I typically try to write reviews that are positive. I cannot do that for this hotel.

Feeling boxed in from an extended lockdown I decided to check into this hotel for the weekend. I had hoped to get some work done and relax.

I took a one bedroom suite with a kitchen. I got up to my room and immediately realized they provide no dishes, cutlery pots and pans or anything.

I contacted the front desk and they told me they could provide plastic forks and for $50 they would send up some pots.

I went to the grocery store to pick up some food for the weekend and went back to my house to get pots pans, cutlery and dishes.

Once I was finally set up, I plugged in my laptop to get a little bit of work done now that it’s quiet. I have been so looking forward to working without distraction. The Internet in this hotel is useless. How can you run a modern hotel without at least a reasonably fast Internet connection?

I went down to the front desk to ask if perhaps there was a problem. The lady at the desk explained that that was the way it was.

I’ve travelled a great deal, usually in third world countries the desire to meet a customer’s expectations is less than stellar.

This is supposedly a very nice hotel, I was just shocked at how little they seemed to care.

It’s unfortunate because I live right around the corner, but I won’t be coming back. And, tomorrow morning I’ll have to pack everything up again and find somewhere else.

Needless to say, this hotel failed to meet my needs. Hopefully this is helpful for you reading this.

It is clean, the sheets seem OK. It’s not terribly busy so you don’t have to wait long for an elevator.

I suppose if I didn’t care about the Internet and I didn’t have a kitchen I wouldn’t be too upset.

It's really hard to find the good to describe in this review. But, here goes. The bed (King Size) was comfortable.
First, it's really hard to find the Hotel. When you find it, it's a merry go round to the parking lot.
Check in was unremarkable.
Once in the room, at first glance it has a seating area with couch and chair in front of a very small flat screen TV. Behind the short couch resides the bed and in between both to the right is the kitchen with Fridge, Keurig, and large counter.
Once you try out the couch or accompanying chair the details cry out. Severely worn material with visible abrasions and slices. The carpeting on the floor very rough to bare feet.
I pull back the sheets on the bed. Worn very thin from too many washings. And, no fitted bottom sheet which bagged up underneath as you slept. The pillows also very thin with little support.
The view of the very small TV from the bed is too far away to be useful.
The bathroom is another surprise. This Hotel is NOT inexpensive. But, when the moment came to pull a few sheets from the toilet roll, it turned out to be commercial grade Single Ply TP. Awful. The tissue box contained hospital grade tissues. Lots of shampoo, no body wash. Water temp in the shower required regular twists to keep the temperature up.
In the middle of the night the refrigerator started up and howled us both awake. Had to get up and pull the plug.
The continental breakfast consisted of reconstituted orange juice, a mixed fruit bowl, a Jellied fruit salad with very little fruit, toast with the usual toppings, coffee, tea, and Frozen Eggo waffles and Eggo pancakes and few tiny croissants (though to call them croissants is being very generous)

We won't be returning.

I was in hotel for almost 8 days . Firstly i booked a suite which was Dirty, windows, balcony and washroom was not clean. Then I changed my room to standard room .
Because of Covid there was not any location for serving breakfast and there was a small table in lobby to come and puck up breakfast which was same for all days.
Unprofessional lobby man to handle and answer my request and I requested clean my room but it was awful and they did not clean good .
The bedsheet was dirty

This has to be one of the best hotels in the city. rates are reasonable , the views are nice and the front desk service is great. They always get guests checked in/out in a very professional and efficient manner. I have travelled all over the world for business and pleasure and i would definitely rate this hotels service and staff as one of the best I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this hotel.

Elegant hotel with a very friendly staff ! There is free indoor parking. Hotel is connected to a mall. Lobby area is on the 12th floor with a huge balcony you can walk onto to view the surrounding city. The 12th floor is also where you check in and out of hotel. My room was on the 19th floor with a stunning view of the city !
The suite was so comfy, clean, and met all my expectations ! Great kitchen area with a full size refrigerator and stove. Also a Kerig coffee maker. Loved taking a bath in the deep size tub ! There were two bedrooms with a door you can close for more privacy. My daughter and I slept in one bedroom while my brother slept in the other. Both bedrooms have a full size screen tv. Glass door closets with a lot of storage space. Love the pull down shades, no need to close curtains. Beds and pillows very comfy ! There are glass tables as well as comfy chairs to relax and a have a snack or drink. Everything was perfect !! Checking in was a breeze, employees always greeting you with a smile. Free breakfast in the morning hours of 7am-10:00am. Lots of shops and restaurants along streets of hotel and nearby. There are several malls close by as well.
Love this hotel and highly recommend !!!!

The view from the room was amazing. Hotel lobby is on the 12th floor and only hotel guest can have access to higher floor which i think is really cool. Their continental breakfast was great. We enjoyed it at the balcony on the 12th floor which has very beautiful view also!
Front desk staffs were very accommodating and attentive. Housekeeping were friendly and helpful.
Underground parking was free and convenient.
We will for sure be back.

what subway station is nearby, and how far from hotel?
Answer from RoozbeH

I wouldn't call Finch station close , because it is quiti far which needs a cab or bus ride . Walking wouldn't make sense as it is usually too cold or too hot depending on the season . Enjoy your stay , the hotel has a beautiful sunrise to catch from the breakfast area.
