    Great tubing!
Great tubing activity for those with no experience at snow sports. The tubing was fun, and was fast enough for me! Due to low snowfall at the start of the ski season, only 2 of the 7 tubing lanes were open. Tickets weren’t being sold online, only from the tubing park. On arrival, we needed to complete a waiver, then have our names added to the waitlist. At 11.45am, this was a 1 hour wait. You could be sent a text, or just leave and come back closer to your designated time. Others had been arriving from 10.30am to start lining up, before the park opened at 11am. We were given half-price tickets due to the conditions - as only 2 lanes were open, it took around 20 mins for each round trip, including: the tubing ride, travelling back up to the top via-magic carpet, and queuing to wait for your next turn. In our 1 hour session, we fit in 3 rides. Beautiful location and it was snowing during our session.

    Fun times but long waits!
Great fun ride. The ride itself was awesome. One of the longer snow tube rides I’ve been on. The downside was the waiting. We got 2 rides in an hour. I think they should have admitted less people at any time. There was a shortage of snow so they only had 2 lanes open (they charged half price for that) but still too many waiting at once. I even stood on the stopped magic carpet for 10 mins as the queue at the top was too busy.

Fun, but we wouldn’t do it again.
We arrived a bit later than planned, as the directions to the park were unclear and it took a while to safely climb the icy stairs and complete the digital waiver. We were then informed that only the “chill” lanes were open, but still paid full price for an hour of tubing. The tubing was fun, and the attendants were helpful, but with only one set of lanes our choice with each run was basically “spin” or “no spin”. Our 10-year-old quickly tired of walking halfway back up the track to where the escalator started, and we ended up leaving before our hour was up. Overall, we had fun, but it didn’t meet our expectations and seemed like poor value for money, even for Whistler.
