    A mint in time
It is a quick, historical, and informative tour. You may not get the opportunity again to see where your coins are made, so take a moment to visit if you are in Winnipeg. It has the feel of touring a museum or library. Make your trip count. Watch your pennies made.

    Worth a visit!
Booked the tour online and heard back quickly with a number of time slots for the following day. Great service. At the mint everyone at the front desk was very nice and offered plenty of information. Our tour guide Cade was very well informed, answered any questions and gave us an overall great experience. Definitively worth a visit.

    Great tour, we enjoyed it👍
I went figuring the tour would just be an overview of the coin making process. But our tour guide Cade was very informative and knowledgeable with regards to the variety of coins and the history behind them. My wife and I had a great conversation at the end of the tour with Cade and Olivier at the front counter. If you are passing through the city or visiting and have an hour to spare I highly recommend scheduling a tour on their website. It was a fun and memorable experience!

Spectacular Spot ! Perfect for family time
Went there with my family. Booked their guided tour and trust me, it was amazing. Clicked pictures with the premises. Mom purchased a fine wallet from a local business who had their pop-up store on that day. I purchased a precious metal coin from their in-house boutique Overall - strongly recommended place

We often just stop for coins at gift shop, but TAKE THE TOUR! Very interesting experience..
We took our Ukrainian friends on a tour of the Royal Mint today. We visited the gift shop where several lovely new coins are displayed. Then on with the tour. I have to say Kade was an excellent tour guide. We learned a lot of new things in his very informative and upbeat tour. Thanks Kade, our Ukrainian friends enjoyed it immensely and said “ we learned a lot of interesting information”

    Great experience
A great experience! Well worth checking out, even on weekends when the mint isn’t operating. Georgia did a fantastic job of keeping everyone engaged and had an answer for just about everything. So glad we took our kids!

    Knowledge Expansion
The reception to the flag parade was overwhelming. The exterior facade and the ENTRANCE HALL are very promising. Our guide Keith himself was very nice and friendly with some very interesting and fun facts. You got an idea of how much effort goes into making a coin. Unfortunately it was a shortened tour because it was company holidays. But the entry price was the same.
