Finally went on the stadium tour today after many, many years of it being on my 'to do' list and it was absolutely brilliant. Our tour was led by Lisa and ably assisted by Nick, both of whom were superb and had excellent knowledge of the club both past and present along with some nice little anecdotes to bring the whole experience to life. The information is pitched at a perfect level to be fully inclusive for new fans or visitors unfamiliar with the club but without losing the attention of seasoned local fans like myself. Difficult to pick a highlight but for me, taking my son into St James' Park for the first time and unable to get match tickets, the look on his face as the shutters opened to the stand entrance on Level 7 and he saw that pitch for the first time ever was magical. Personal highlight for me as a former season ticket holder was the walk down the tunnel towards the pitch as they played 'Local Hero' - a lovely touch. I actually want to go again, perhaps selfishly outside of the school holidays this time. The tour is pacey but doesn't feel rushed and easily fills the full 90 minutes. The groups are a good size so nobody feels crowded out but I imagine it'd be EVEN better if you manged to catch a quieter time that is not sold out Can't recommend enough, outstanding (and a nice discount at the club shop and Shearer's bar afterwards). Only thing I expected but wasn't able to do is sit in the dugouts for photos but that is massively outweighed by the rest of the positives.

This was part of my Birthday present and I am also a fan. Firstly the staff were very informative , but not in a stuffy boring way. As others have said there were all kinds of people on the tour from all over the world and only some of them were fans. The lead host ( Carol ) was very engaging and was very tolerant of all the persons on the tour affording extensive insights into history and allowing everyone to have a lot of access. I would say this was outstanding value for money and I was surprised about how much I learned from the inside and also all the various areas we were allowed to go. All the other patrons on the tour were also very polite and friendly. You also get a discount on Shearers bar which i found also to be high quality.

Stadium Tour 12/7/24 12.30 4th time i have done the Newcastle Tour now over many years . This was by far the best one yet , the host was excellent and full of information and fun , keeping the tour moving in the 90 minute timeframe and happily helping take pictures and sharing stories and various facts. Would definitely recommend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m not a Newcastle fan, but I felt compelled to share how much I enjoyed the stadium tour. I was visiting the city for the day with a few spare hours, so I decided to check if any tours were available. Luckily, I managed to grab two tickets for the 12 pm tour, and it turned out to be the highlight of my day! My son and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the stadium and pitch. Mustafa, our tour guide, was exceptional—informative, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. He truly made the experience memorable. (Give that guy a pay rise!) The tour lasts about 90 minutes and includes visits to the corporate boxes, top-level views of the stadium, the director’s box, pitchside, and the media room. It’s a fantastic way to see behind the scenes of this iconic venue. Even if you’re not a football fan, this is an experience worth trying. Highly recommended!

We went to the St James Park stadium tour which really was amazing. The stadium is so beautiful with the great views looking both over the pitch and some of the city. The tour guide was very friendly (Kieran), however the assistant tour guide (Carol) seemed very arrogant and not friendly at all due to the lack of smiles and jokey banter. Overall the stadium tour was amazing and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I took my dad on the rooftop tour. What a fantastic experience! Our tour guide Brian gave us a fabulously entertaining insight into the landmarks and skyline around the city. The view from the roof is remarkable! The tour finished off with a trip to the pitch through the tunnel, with Local Hero playing on the PA. A quirky way to see the sights of the city from a great vantage point. Highly recommend

After many years of wanted to come here we finally did and wow what an experience. We did the stadium tour, the tour guides were so informative and lovely! We went to the Newcastle vs West Ham match.. what a game!! Such a good vibe and very well ran. Big shoutout to Shearers bar we just went for the experience and didn’t want to leave. The staff were so nice. Pornstar martinis and Guinness are top notch here (maybe even better than Ireland 🫣). We went in the same day as the stadium tour for lunch on a Thursday and got 10% off drink and 15% off food with our tour passes. Great menu on offer and food was delicious. There was a 2 4 1 offer on cocktails which was not a good idea at that hour 🤣 We played a few games of pool after our food and noticed a sign with an offer of half price burgers on Thursday so we came back for dinner that night and it did not disappoint. Also Monday to Friday they have a red button you press for discounts so we got an extra 25% off the rest of our food and drink. We stayed here the whole night. The next day we came back for more.. would highly recommend. Great atmosphere and staff thank you so much!

Friendly staff and tour was long enough to see everything. No photos taken though at different parts of the stadium for collection at the end ( like at Anfield). We used the 10% and 15% discounts at Shearers bar and also popped into the fan store for some souvenirs

Fantastic tour today! Went with family and the tour guides were brilliant :) access all areas, saw the new extension of the away team dressing room too. Very welcoming of fans of all teams including a bit of fun banter.. the children on the tour got to line up and walk down the tunnel as teams, really made their day. The lead tour guide went by the name of Jack, the passion for the club and his team really did come through! The two tailing guides Alan and Des were lovely too! I’ve wanted to do this tour for a while now and it did not disappoint. Highly recommended, we took part in the classic tour and it was approximately 1.5 hours. Well done to the guides involved, it was a pleasure! We were from another city and support another team and were made to feel very welcome 🤗 thank you xx

Newcastle Castle, nestled in the heart of Newcastle, is where the story of the city began and the origin behind its name. Steeped in history, this imposing Norman fortress is a rugged reminder of northern England's turbulent history. Newcastle Castle consists of two buildings which are both open to the public to explore - the Black Gate and the Castle Keep - as well as offering some of the most spectacular views over the city and the River Tyne Newcastle has to offer.
