My wife and I visted the Burj Khalifia during our recent week long holiday to Dubai. What an amazing experience and the views from the building are incredible in every direction. Couple of tips - try and go for the 148th floor option (you can still visit the 124/125th floors on the way down) as you get VIP treatment e.g. Guided tour into the building, skip the wait at the lifts on the way up and down (this could literally save you up to 2hrs on busy days !!!), free coffee/tea/soft drinks and cakes in the 148th floor lounge, less visitors on the 148th floor so more relaxed atmosphere. The staff throughout were wonderful, especailly on the 148th floor. There is another VIP option for the 154th floor but we thought that was a bit pricey for us. I would also book direct in advance via the Burj Khalifa website as this will guarantee your spot and save time on the day. The 124th and 125th floor whilst the cheapest option is very very busy at all times of the days and was a bit manic for us.

This is a must visit as it’s the tallest building in Dubai and you can see so much around you when you’re 824 metres up in the air. We could see where we were staying, see the The Palm and so much more. We were offered light refreshments along with dates and date cakes, a very nice touch. Also see the Burj by night when it’s all lit up, absolutely stunning along with the legendary fountain display

This is the one thing you HAVE to visit when you are in Dubai. While it does not have the views of the Empire State Building or One World Trade in NYC, it is very impressive in the architecture, views and the fantastic mall that is attached to it with its Americanized food court and Bloomingdales and wonderful displays. I was blown away by how fast we got up to the top and the displays that were waiting for us. This building represents the future and possibilities of a country that is moving fast into the 21st Century. It is an example of what can be done with vision and money and the want to create such an amazing building. As a firefighter, I question the safety at the top but I am sure that is handled perfectly as well (I looked for all the exits and standpipe operations of the building as I was touring). You can't leave Dubai without a trip to the top of this building. It is amazing!

It was well worth it. Amazing views, snacks and refreshments were provided in the lounge by very helpful staff. Had plenty of time to look around and we were not rushed. Went to the 154 floor! Great experience.

Booked an early morning slot (8.30 Friday). Absolutely no Q’s to contend with. In up & out within 45 minutes. Yes it’s a very, very, very tall structure & vista from the viewing area was quite impressive although limited owing to haze at that time of morning. Personal opinion only but think it’s far more impressive from ground level as it gives you more context when viewed against the backdrop of the other tall buildings which surround it. 100% bucket ticket experience which doesn’t, again in my opinion, quite live up to the very, very, very high hype.

Extremely elegant, monumental building, as high as a mountain (literally), lord of the Dubai skyline, a climb to the observation points is a must. We went up to the 125th floor, or the Top. The expense and waiting time, about 30 minutes in our case, is not excessive at all (completely in line with similar climbs on other monuments such as the Eiffel Tower, for example). The fast, unmissable elevator ride, especially during the day and with full visibility, allows you to admire the futuristic and majestic world of Dubai at 360 degrees. I'll never forget it.

this is a must go place in Dubai , once a life time experience and its simply amazing. just take the ticket to " the top " and go in non prime hours (if you want to save money). amazing views and atmosphere, have a free "kahwa" at Armani lounge. 1hour is good enough.

Amazing obligatory stop. We went at sunset and it was beautiful to see the evening lighting and the illuminated fountains that put on a spectacular show every 30 minutes. Very expensive ticket, but worth the visit. Being up there at 820 meters is an incredible experience that you won't forget. I recommend getting to the top.

despite all the opinions, the wait was not too long, thanks to our friend who had bought the tickets in France and who transformed them without any problem at the cash desk on site. a little disappointed, interior elevator, at the 125th glass gallery, and bad luck mist on the palm tree. Be careful, our taxi dropped us off far from the entrance (!) and in the mall, it is poorly signposted, fortunately several information points helped us in our quest. the aquarium and the waterfall: pretty nothing more. the luminous fountains and the tower lit up at night: magnificent but an impressive crowd

Absolutely incredible experience. Thoroughly enjoyed going up to thr 148th level and took in the breathtaking view. Money well spent. Book In advance, makes life much easier. Definitely worth making the effort to got up the world's tallest tower. Also incredibly beautiful to watch the tower light up in the evening along side the Water fountain show. We found it most enjoyable to watch around 630pm.
