I spent one week in Yoga Trainig Center. I have been warm welcomed by Sunil. With him, I have learn an hollistic approach of yoga, many pranayamas et tried the laughing yoga a few times. I also did yoga couple with my husband which was very interresting. Dayly, I had 2 classes of Hatha/Ashtanga yoga. In the morning with Ujjwal : he teached me differents asanas and how to do it correctly, he is very patient and he helped me to push myself. In the afternoon, I had classes with Chandra, she helped me to improve my flexibility and we worked with specific exercices on my weak points. They are all great teachers and they take their time for explanations, demonstrations and adapt the classes according to the students. I have learned so much in one week and I feel very lucky to have praticed with them. Thank you very much for your time. It was intensive and complete. I will come back without hesitation! I recommand for everyone who wants to improve his practice!

A life changing and intensive session with dear Sunil-ji. Meeting and learning from him turned my originally fleeting visit to holy Varanasi into a month-long stay. Very sad to leave and I yearn for the day I can return. Highly recommended!!! Mahadev!!

Sunil ji is a very friendly person and comes across as an open book. He speaks English and has been a very genuine person. He let me rest at his yoga centre for a night and was very kind to offer me morning ayurvedic tea and snacks. He also made it easy for me to get Kashi Vishwanath darshan. He gave me some basic tips on Yoga for free. He is also a Reiki healer and teacher, a good human and a great soul.

We had an excellent experience at this yoga school. Our instructor Junil-Ji was outstanding, providing perfectly balanced and well-paced exercises. Beyond just the physical postures (asanas) and truly overwhelming laughter yoga elements Junil-Ji offered valuable insights into yoga philosophy and pranayama making the experience both physically and mentally enriching.
