    Must try
This was the absolute best experience at any of the theme parks! I could’ve snorkeled with the fish and rays the entire day. Breathtakingly beautiful. The food was great, the drink choices are awesome and unlimited snacks and drinks for the littles.

The dolphin experience is the best part!
I had wanted to go to Dolphin Cove ever since our kiddos were little...they now have kids of their own, it took us a while to get there! It was just as fun, if not more than I thought it would be. I wish we would have been able to afford it years ago. I learned a lot, and appreciated the all inclusive cost experience! There were lots of choices on the buffet, and plenty of snack locations around the park. When we wanted to relax, there was a nice warm lazy river to float in, or more than enough empty beach loungers to relax in. One bit of advice, get there 30-45 minutes before opening to be one of the first groups scheduled for the animal encounters. Florida tends to have afternoon thunderstorms, even in the winter, and your animal encounter may get canceled due to weather. Mornings are usually safe, and the water for the dolphin experience did not seem to cool for then. Even if you have to save a long time to go, I highly recommend it, especially while your children still live at home!

    Can not recommend enough!!!!
Wow, Wow, Wow!!! Discovery Cove is worth EVERY PENNY! Very clean, friendly staff, food was great! There was a coffee bar that was good as well as slushee areas that were good. All the pool areas were clean and fantastic! The dolphin swim was great and they give you plenty of time in the water with the dolphins. I will be a repeat guest many times!

Amazing experience! Dolphin swim and Sea Venture highly recommended.
We visited Discovery Cove as a family of 3 with my 11 year old daughter in May 2023, this place really was one of the highlights of our Orlando holiday! I paid for the full photo package which while it was expensive is worth it for the memories as we did the dolphin experience and sea venture experience. The dolphin experience was fantastic and so was snorkeling around the reef with stingray's, but it really was the sea venture experience that was most enjoyable, just being able to put a helmet on and walk around under water as if it was normal was an experience i will never forget. My waterproof mobile phone case stopped working half way through this experience and the diver noticed and quickly went up and gave me one of their gopro's to use so i didn't miss a moment, much appreciated. The breakfast and dinner food was good, really good quality and lot's to choose form. I would not waste your money on Cabanas as there is plenty of seating and lockers around the park, you should be in the water enjoying yourself not stuck in a cabana. I would highly recommend Discovery Cove, it really was a great experience for adults and kids.

    Do it!
Hardly a cheap day out but what a fantastic place. It's not something everyone gets to do in their lifetime so save up and include it as part of your Orlando trip. Get there early to take advantage of the amazing breakfast buffet and to get an early dolphin swim. Watched the flamingo walk around 9.30 before going to the lockers and sorting wetsuits. Then sat and enjoyed the sun before the 11am swim. Plentiful food and drinks throughout the day. Really great lunch. As they limit numbers each day, it never seemed crowded which was a bonus. My daughter and granddaughter did the swim and absolutely loved it. The official photos were very good and worth buying as you can't really get any decent shots from the beach area. We had already decided to buy one of the packages but tried to take a couple of my own and really wanted to video the moment but it was almost impossible. Every time I got a decent opportunity, one of the DC team moved into the shot. Not sure whether it was intentional but one of the team kept looking over and every time I raised my phone she moved into my view or moved some of the other swimmers into the way. Maybe not on purpose but it happened every single time. Marketing ploy? As a non-swimmer I couldn't take full advantage of the water activities but was nice to watch my family enjoying the experience. It's definitely a full day activity but a much more relaxing experience than the theme parks. Tickets included in the package for Sea World too. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Well Worth the Money and Fabulous Experience!
This is the only park I would raise my hand to go again! It was wonderful with great activities and personnel. We did the dolphin encounter with a fabulous trainer who taught us so much and the dolphin was so tame and stayed right with us the whole time. Swimming in the lagoon with the aquatic animals and going down the Wind Away river was very nice and lots of fun. The staff was friendly and helpful and it never seemed crowded and there was never a wait. The aviary was also great and the birds rested on your arm or shoulder to eat. I would advise that this is not for very young children - we saw one stroller! Our grandchildren are 13 years old and it was a perfect age. Everything is included and the locker rooms and showers are immaculate. I'm 76 years old and I loved every minute!

    Neat Place
This last visit would be my 2nd time coming to Discovery Cove. I like it. My complaints would be the price is expensive, and the food you get for the price could be and should be better. A concern for me would be the fish and rays in The Grand Reef, I saw several fish not looking so good. I hope they are checked up on considering the number of people in and out of the water, etc. Some positive things would be that animal safe sunscreen is provided along with towels, life jackets, and float bars. Water, soda, and beer are free. Drink packages available for mixed drinks. Snacks are provided like chips, pretzels, etc. A couple of shops for souvenirs and in case you forgot something. Overall, it's not bad, just a bit pricey.

Fun, Expensive, and Significant hidden fees.
It's a great way to spend a day, but beware of their ticket fees. After spending a large number of dollars per person for an "Day Resort Package" at the very end they slip in a $25/per person "Resort Fee" that wasn't very noticible. I thought the ticket pays for the Resort. They also add on a $10 service fee when buying your ticket online (so they don't have to be paying anyone wages for dealing with your order).

    Epitome of Excellence
I can't say enough good things about Discovery Cove! It is an all inclusive vacation spot that focuses on ecology and nature. We were engaged from the moment we entered the park until we departed. As grandparents we took our 10 year old granddaughter here for her special vacation. The park is clean, everything from suntan lotion, towels, wet suits, masks & snorkels, lockers, breakfast, lunch, and snacks is provided. We were there for 8.5 hours it was that good!!!! We paid extra for the shark experience and were thrilled to be able to touch a tiger shark and snorkel over them. The ocean water was filled with beautiful sea life, including a variety of sting rays. The fresh water area and lazy river were very relaxing and fun! This area opens at 9 am so we were able to feed the birds in the Aviary before moving on to the next segment of the lazy river. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, lunch and snacks, as well as beverages for kids and adults (alcohol is extra). I would definitely add this to your bucket list when visiting Orlando!!
