    Engineering masterpiece
We drove over to Coronado Island and back on the bridge. It’s very easy to get on it on both ends. I hear the views are great, I was driving and it was white knuckles both ways. Tall bridges with short side rails are great for views, but they make me uneasy for sure. Still, it’s beautiful to look at.

In any case, you should look at Coronado.
Coronado is very beautiful. Unlike downtown, no misery. Very nice houses and you can see that there is fair and rich. When crossing the bridge, you have a beautiful view of downtown and warships. And there is a very nice beach there. The Silver beach. Coming to military territory. Parking for 2 hours costs 6$ and the beach is definitely worth it

    Big bridge
It goes from San Diego to Coronado Island. It's really high. The navy yards are on the far side. It's really a good spot for pictures. I stayed at the bay front Hilton and had a view of the bridge from my room.

  • Seaport Village Hotels
Seaport Village is a vibrant harborside spot with stellar views of the San Diego skyline. There’s plenty to do here—stroll along the promenade, check out the art galleries, enjoy a meal at an upscale restaurant or do some shopping (local wines and souvenirs are good buys). Younger children will love the historic hand-carved carousel. Weekdays are the best time to visit when it’s less crowded and the vibe is more laid-back. The village is a stop on many hop-on, hop-off trolley tours of San Diego; include a visit to the USS Midway Museum and Maritime Museum along the way. – Tripadvisor
