We are grateful for your kind words and compliments regarding our unique & luxurious property. However we are concerned regarding the shortcomings you experience at the breakfast and your pavilion. Regarding the insects you encountered, we disinfect and sanitize all our rooms and outdoor facilities on a regular basis with non toxic disinfectants to ensure quality control. However due to Thailand’s exotic and tropical weather, small lizards and eventually small insects remain, as we do our best not to harm the natural ecosystem. We apologise for the ill-functioning balcony door, and we have informed our engineering team to alleviate this issue without delay. Please note that we take our culinary hygiene very seriously following strict cleanliness and sanitation standards. All of our team members are trained with rigid international food safety standards, and we regret for any inconvenience caused at the breakfast buffet.
