    “Amazing concierge, and comfortable room”

    For us, the highlight of staying at the Charming House IQ was the concierge, Anna. Right when we walked in the door, she greeted us when genuine hospitality and helpfulness. She made herself available each morning to answer any questions that we might have had, providing information and guiding us in our plans to enjoy Venice. We are very thankful... More
