When upgrading our Ambassador members, room availability can change at a moment’s notice based on external cancellations or reservation changes. We are glad to know that the room you were provided with was to your general liking. It surprises us to hear of your experience with our front desk personnel, as your assessment of the bellman who assisted you is much more common regarding our employees and their attitudes. In his informing you about the refrigerator’s sensors in your room, this bellman was trying to help you avoid unnecessary charges upon checkout, as each of our employees cares about the satisfaction of our guests as individuals. We do regret that he did not also inform you that we can supply a fridge to your room if that is preferable. Free breakfast is a perk we enjoy providing to our Ambassador members, though we regret the inconvenience you felt upon discovering that every person traveling with you cannot expect to receive the same benefits. We might encourage your husband to join the Ambassadors Rewards Club prior to your next visit.
