Dear Sir, Thanks for your really a huge effort to write such an elaborate review for us... we strongly advise you to visit us again... please be my guest!! and if there are any issues still, I hope those will be solved too... in alcohol, there should be "ta with cha"... I will see what went wrong... hope this time you will not miss it...room service is sometimes late i do agree with this complain. But it also has been improved than before. about pool...that's a serious complain and I will look in to the matter really seriously... I hope it's during the day time before 2 PM right??
