Stands at the center of a pedestrianized plaza, at the edge of the Sempione Park. It is 25 m high and 24m wide, decorated with a number of bas reliefs, statues and Corinthian columns. There is a central passageway flanked by two smaller ones. On top of the Arch stand three sculpture groups . The central one- the Chariot of...
This is a short but very lovely bridge across a pond. From it, one can have a good view of the romantic pond with pretty ducks swimming, & the beautiful trees enclosing it. I come during clear weather, hence a number of people are queueing to take photos at this picturesque scene.
With Milan being the centre of Italian fashion. There are several shopping areas.
We visited here on the tram. Plenty of small shops but nothing outstanding that caught our eye. It looked like that it was aimed more at the locals.
Seated in Sempione Park, the building was built in the early 1950s. The roof is a continuous concrete slab that rests only on twelve points arranged along the arc of the circle ; and the remaining part of the perimeter , which opens to the park, is free and has a rhythmic repetition of aluminum doors and windows on the...

Although "Savana" was away from our tourist routes and quite far from where we were staying at in Milan, we went for a dinner because it was going to be our first time having Eritrean food. It was mindful we made a reservation as it got full with locals shortly after we had arrived.
The menu is very short with...
Good combo of food and variety. Light dishes as well and delicious. My fish dishes were very fresh and my son's beef tacos were incredibly tasty.
Sitting outside was pleasant on Corso Sempione watching the world go by, tables maybe a little too close and small if you order multiple dishes.
Good service, reasonable price and tasty fresh food.
The whole place is very cosy and confortable. The breakfast is varied and very good indeed, as to the bedrooms/bathrooms.
The only bad thing that i have to point out, and was unpleasant that it happened on the last day of our stay was this:
- The cleaning of the hotel is done at very strange hours, especially of the...
Good condition of room and quality of breakfast. Small elevator and underground restorant. All most are ok and satisfy with me. Nearby hotel, many good restorants but much ling distance from city center.
