This sculpture depicts Lumir and Pisen, respectively a legendary Czech bard and an allegorical figure of a muse. The sculpture is larger than life and depicts Lumir, refusing to sign in the Czech legend of The Maidens' War.
Not a must-see, but worth a look if in Vysehrad, it kind of hard to miss as it’s part of an ensemble...
After a great day pounding the streets of Prague take an Uber from the old town, takes about 5 mins. Check into this place, grab your towel and sheet, get naked and relax while looking out over the river for 90 mins. Then recharged continue to explore the sights and sounds of Prague. Excellent
Easy to find near the river Vlatava. Tram 17 from our hotel near the centre. 2 large outdoor pools and a warm jacuzzi. Use of sun loungers included in the resonable entry price.
Spotlessly clean and well maintained with crystal clear water.
Beer available at pool side bar but only cakes on sale food wise.
Indoor pools here too but...

"Eclectic and Excellent"
reviewed February 25, 2020 by bezdomovci
Places with eclectic menus usually make me nervous, because it’s not always easy to produce good food across a disparate range of choices on one menu. So, Rest. is pretty impressive for serving a diverse mix of excellent cuisine, from burgers and comfort food selections to refined fish and seafood dishes. Even the atmosphere reflects this mastery of mixing, with...

"Off the beaten track Italian flare"
reviewed January 26, 2020 by MarlenaduToit
Off the beaten track if you stay in Praha 1, but easily accessible with the red line(Vyšehrad). Lovely atmosphere, delicious food, fine dining with Italian flare! We went twice during our stay in Prague! No regrets! Great service. Well priced.
Family run restaurant. Waitress replaced my hamburger (as it was not well done) with a new one with apologies. Shrimp linguini was delicious. Food came out fast. Price of hamburger was 259 K (includes home fries) and shrimp linguini was 263 K. We should have eaten here more often
A nice and elegant hotel,at 3 min walk from the tram station.Excellent breakfast with a lot of choices(coffee, yogurt, cheese, eggs, pastry, and more..).The staff is very polite and helpful! Thanks for making our stay so pleasant!
"Good solution if you do not want to stay in the city center"
reviewed August 6, 2019 by Sdondello
Price / quality ratio is positive...compared with other solution I have tried this is actually above average.
Not in city center, that is anyway 5/10 away with public transportation.
Rooms are the right side, and clean.
No Air conditioning is something that does not help evaluation as this summer wasnot the coolest.
The location is exceptional and the boat itself is nice but it needs modernization and facilities must be improved , the breakfast standards were pretty low standards , staff is good , toiletries were short and WiFi doesn't work properly in rooms
