"they don't let you in if you're wearing a tink top"

I love libraries and I wanted check this one out. First attempt I couldn't get in cause they ask for passport and I didn't have mine with me. Second one they didn't because I was wearing a tink top. Since when Thailand is conservative? Even in turkey they don't do that. I honestly found it ridiculous its 40 degrees outside...
The Rattanakosin learning center in the mid town. Only 100 Thai baht for the fee (2 parts, 100 each). Each part will take you around 2 hours. They provide the translator machine for foriegner and the staff in each room also explain the story and inform you to use. It's quite interesting exhibition with light and sound.
This church is located in a small lane opposite to the Bangkok Christian College. The best way to reach here is to take a BTS to Surasak station and walk [10 minutes] here. I visited it along with a friend in the Afternoon and the church was closed but the caretaker saw us and took us inside from the back...

Been to this spot on a number of occasions and the owner of the place is the best thing about Bangkok! Every time we go the food is AMAZING as well as the entertainment being magical to say the least! He has people guessing and looking so confused as to “HOW ON EARTH HAS HE DONE THAT????” As well as...
A very nice hotel with a swimming pool and dining room, in the middle of one of the busiest streets in Bangkok where all the action is. Any thing from restaurants, bars massage parlors, street food and other merchants. right across from the famous Chabad House.
Very nice hotel.
The location is less than 5 minutes from the busy streets of Kao San Road. Our room faced the street but we were able to sleep without problems. The room is very well equipped, very pretty and very large. We were able to enjoy the rooftop swimming pool, very pleasant with its bar. We had breakfast very...
We stayed at Buddy Lodge at the end of a two week trip around Thailand. The hotel itself was modern and clean. Unfortunately, the location, on Khao San Road, was less ideal. The strip is bustling at night and there are some great bars and clubs but after 2/3am it takes a turn and feels quite unsafe.
We stayed here a couple of weeks ago at the end of our Thailand trip and really liked this little hotel around the corner from Khao San Road. Location, service and staff, cleanliness and value for money are all excellent. It's really close to the "action" of restaurants, shopping and sightseeing in Banglamphu. The staff is sweet and helpful (now...
The hotel is in a wonderful location, and there are very attendant and helpful staff.
The canal is quite smelly, which is something to be aware of as the hotel is right on the canal. Also the room is quite basic but very pleasant.
