With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
"As others noted, a real gem among the megamalls."

This is truly a gem as intact Lanna houses are rare in Thailand. An excellent thing to see after visiting the Lanna Museum in Chiang Mai which does not have such a building on site. Cost is 100 baht. One hour will do it. This is the only museum at the Siam Society (open Tues-Saturday 9a-5p); the SS building has a...
Our young kids who are 5 and 6 years old really had a good time here. I would not recommend adults or teens coming here alone because it is a bit disappointing, but for young kids it is great. There are a few activities to do here, some are a bit corny for us adults but my kids love it....
Had chicken with chili sauce and preserved egg which was simply delicious. The fried rice in abalone sauce has always been great. Chinese kales were balance and crisp. Staffs were all friendly. Thank you.
We loved our dining at Nami . Our Chef at my table was fun and entertaining and staff provided us a nice service. We really did enjoy the food and the show from Chef. We will make sure to come back and will recommend Nami to others.
Thank you very much for your great service, Khun Pat with heart, Khun Aun and Khun May!!
Food is amazing but I would come back again just for the banana split! Also highly recommend the pomelo salad, beef cheek curry (so, so tender!) and the pork satay. An explosion of flavours in every bite!
The hotel was lovely. The staff friendly and helpful. It did take our cab driver a bit of time to find it. Breakfast is included and is wonderful. We also enjoyed evening drinks and appetizers by the pool (use the mosquito spray). We used the pool in the morning and evening.
We asked the hotel for a tour guide recommendation....
Decided to book this hotel after looking at the reviews. The room given was clean, big and had all the amenities most people need on a trip overseas. Definitely great value for the money as compared to other big name hotels who do not give you half as much for much more expensive prices. Would recommend to my friends if...
"This might be the best hotel I've ever stayed at in an urban environment"

This is my first luxury collection hotel, and certainly not my last. The service here is quite amazing- everyone offers service with a smile, and no question is too dumb. The rooms are also luxurious: i got the base level room, which is relatively spacious, and lovely huge windows. There is a seperate walk in closet and bathroom, and I...
Made a return visit to the Marriott Sukhumvit 57 hotel.
Hotel is in an excellent location, steps from the Thong Lo rail station.
Breakfast at the hotel is one of the best I’ve ever had with an extensive selection of baked goods, freshly made noodles, freshly made eggs, crepes, waffles, and French toast, freshly squeezed juice and fresh fruit.

Had a week Long work conference here and have to say everything worked.
The conferencing facilities, catering, facilities are great. Rooms are always like an ice box but they were adjusted if a comment was made.
The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help you.
We were given one of the newly upgraded rooms and...
