"An excellent well-disposed and well-planned arena - contributed to a fantastic concert experience with Irish rock band U"
reviewed January 6, 2020 by thonirojo
We were over a hundred thousand in the audience, which, spread over two evenings, got to experience the Irish rock giant U2 at their first gig in Singapore ever! The arena is quite simple for its construction but powerfully located in its own park just outside the city center. It is very accessible and excellently planned in its simple logistics...
Huge indoor olympic pool with modern changing facilities is a real treat to swim in. A welcome respite from outdoor swimming which can be a bit warm at times. Staff were friendly, facilities were spotless. The running track around the stadium is a great idea and the food court was really good value. Lots of options and healthy choices.
We came in thinking it was a very small area with minimal displays, but the guide was very helpful in showing us around and a short video on the history of bicycles.
A good place to visit even for locals, and its free!
Children get coloring worksheets and stickers to help them remember their visits. Easy to reach, just take...
Had the premium dinner buffet for 3 ordered the hua diao soup base and normal base.
We aren't big eater so only go for 1 round of the half lobster for each pax. Tried the ma la fish skin and ma la guo. Quite good variety of options.
Attentive and good service throughout and their serving is super fast.
We are family of 4 and came for dinner. Liked the variety of food on menu. We ordered the deep fried squid, which were over-fried, fries and their mixed seafood including 2 crabs (we asked for medium and they were tiny) in their lovely unique sauce. We had couple of beers and 2 soft drinks. Total bill came to over...
This is my neighbourhood go-to craft beer spot and I always get thoughtful and friendly service whenever I visit (in particular, on 24/1, from Fitri). May I suggest more vegetarian options, for example, Impossible burger? Just a thought! Thank you.
