We saw The Mani Bhavan on a whistle stop tour of the City with Linda Tours ( brilliant).
We called in here briefly but got a wonderful sense of the place and learnt a lot in a short space of time. Seeing the room Gandhi lived in for 8 years is akin to seeing the cell occupied by Nelso Mandela...
The Turf Club, the locale for horse races is the exclusive domain of its members, horse owners and race goers. However,it is open to non-members when the races are off and locals avail the facilities for walks, exercises, etc. it also has a couple of restaurants, namely Gallops and Tote , which are open to all.
The menu is slightly different from the Ahmedabad branch. Nevertheless, we still had Thalipith Pitla (A multigrain chapati made from various roasted grains, legumes and spices popularly made in the Indian state of Maharashtra and a besan savoury) and Bajra Chila (Millet Pancake). The food was indeed delicious and very fulfilling. The restaurant was responsive to the request of using...

Came here for dinner one night while in Mumbai travelling around India. The restaurant is very nice indeed and the menu is extensive. The food was also very good! The only thing is, that we felt that the waiters weren't very friendly and quite stiff. Overall, I recommend this restaurant for good quality Calcutta cuisine in Mumbai!
Well well well this place is super cool.. it's simply amazing for partying hanging out with large groups of friends or cousins
The ambience is very cozy. Loved the seating arrangements...the service is also very good.

I have just concluded a pleasant 12 nights at the Hotel Krishna Palace and must thank some of the staff for making my stay comfortable. I ate most of my meals at the in-house Flute restaurant. Both the day manager Raj and night manager Sanjeev run their teams with a dedicated focus on customer service. The staff were...
