The pictures here show some of the shopping streets rather than the wall itself which is south east of this location in a small park. You can climb up onto the restored (well completely rebuilt) section of the wall which lies at one corner of the original town. The area is being developed and is quite and clean

It was a great stay at the Home In in Shanghai. Most of the staff speaks English, the room was very nice and clean. Soft bed and a good international (Chinese and Western) breakfast.
