This was my first time at The Regency and loved it. The venue itself was beautiful! The sound was also really good. We sat up in the balcony and we could see everything that was going on. Definitely one of my top venues for a show!
Replacing a couple of prior churches, including one demolished in the 1906 quake, it was consecrated in 1910. We saw the dazzling white facade on a perfect afternoon of deep blue skies.
Lovely as the outside is, it is even more impressive inside. Stained glass windows are a marvellous feature, in particular the one at the high altar.

I always stop here when I'm in SF. It is one of the top three art jewelry galleries in the country right here in SF. From functional to edgy - something for everyone. Staff and owner are always welcoming.

The present church originates from 1911, replacing a prior one that was dynamited, along with many other buildings on Van Ness Ave, to prevent the 1906 fires engulfing the whole city.
Grand brick work is a hallmark of a facade that is decorative and includes a marvellous rose window.

This was my second visit to La Folie (which, if I remember my college French means “The Madness”). It is even better on a second trip.
I am the very last person that should order a five-course prix fixe French dinner. I am the world’s most picky eater; I am a vegetarian that does not eat vegetables. My entire diet...
It's a small restaurant, but big in flavorful dishes for breakfast. Get there early, or you will have to wait in line. I had the shrimp and grits, my husband had the zuchinni pancakes. Both dishes were my my good.
Harris’ has been here for nearly fifty years. Many of the staff have been here 20 years or more. This level of professionalism and experience results in a superb dinner meal.
The service is so crisp and knowledgeable, as well as timely and well-practiced.
The steaks are absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared to your taste. I like the classic Harris...
We had a very pleasant stay at Castle Inn
Very helpful and friendly staff. they guided us through the map of SF and pointed out where to go and Where not to go
Beds where good
Breakfast a bit on the poor side when with two kids
Overall a place to recommend
Good for value, quality and peace. Spaces are clean. They provide you some fruits and products to wash yourself. Towels are changing every day. Good stuff for tisanas and a space for eat or read. No kitchen.
I liked everything about the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly from the Housekeepers to the Security Guards. Busy street outside, but totally quiet in the rooms. Comfortable bed and easy room temperature adjustments. Starbucks next door was open early and a plus for me. Not a single thing to complain about. Looking to return soon.
The room was a good size, clean and comfortable, great location to visit San Francisco by foot, having on site parking was great and we were able to leave the car whilst we explored the city. It was a little noisy in the night as people come and go but overall we enjoyed our stay.
I've been to alot of places in my life but this place is a complete hell hole. I voluteered in a homeless shelter before and it was in a better state than this hotel, honestly. Upon arriving in San Fran I was told at a tourist office all accomodation in the city is fully booked, apart from Harcourt Hotel(San Fran...
