It's not quite a dive bar but definitely not a cocktail lounge.
I'd say it's best described as a very decent local. The kind of place that once they get to know you you'd be welcomed through the door with a greeting.

Omg this might be the BEST place to have breakfast I’ve ever tried!
I’ve tried the omelette and oatmeal and they were both amazing! Fresh OJ was great too
Staff is super friendly and welcomes you with a smile! Highly recommended if you find yourself in Bernal Heights
We really enjoyed our breakfast. The coffee was great and the food was delicious. The best part was the person taking our order. She clearly enjoyed her job and made us feel happy to be there. We'll be back!
A good place to stop for coffee if you are hiking Bernal Heights and the Bernal Heights park. We didn't really eat, just had coffee which was good and a decent Blueberry scone. Lots of locals inside for those who want to sample a local cafe.
