I wish I could upload a picture of this beautiful building near the East River. For $75 a year or $10 a year for seniors (62+) you have access to a gym, pool, lockers, showers & different classes every day for free.
Our hotel concierge clued us in to this delightful hole-in-the-wall. It’s small, lively, noisy with tables close to each other. Food was excellent. We had the duck confit and half chicken. Highly recommend the baked artichoke salad starter. Great wine list for such a small space.
Amazing pastrami and madzo ball soup also the best chopped liver in the world.
Great coleslaw and half sour pickles as well excellent fries amd cherry coke.
Serious hot cherry peppers . Go for lunch and join the locals. Great atmosphere
